Delicious meal, beatiful interior and the open kitchen was surprisingly quiet (not silent, just to manage expectations). A variety of choices, all really good. Only thing was the service was a little frigid, but not unpleasant.

One of my family’s favorite places in Barcelona. But his time the five of us came for a special occasion and we got seated back there, not in the main hall. I asked to change, but to no avail. I can’t recall a single time since 2021 when we got that back table. It’s a pity. It’s easy to dissuade loyal customers

We’ve been coming to Majide for several years already. Always enjoyed sashimi I and nigiri (especially toro tuna), rarely venturing into other things. But this time decided to expand horizons. Udon was just perfect. Will be coming to tyr more diverse dishes.

I believe that when choosing the tasting menu the staff should be more prepared in explaining the dishes. Also good use of english would be a plus. And of course not letting the empty dishes on the table for as long as they did. The staff appeared to be in a rush. It s a pitty in oppositions with the food quality

Beautiful restaurant with delicious food! Enjoyed watching the preparation of our meals with delicacy and professionalism. Couldn’t say the same about our waitress. She was partially rude and not as professional as we would expect in such a lovely place. Will surely come back for food, just gonna go with another waitressing staff member.

I have no idea how this got on to the Michelin selection list. We were greeted by an unfriendly hostess who was rude and impatient. She kept asking if I could speak Mandarin to her instead of English, although I clearly said I couldn't. She was so hostile afterwards that I had the urge to leave straight away. They had an open kitchen. One of the chefs rubbed his face with both hands rigorously, then proceeded to slice up sashimi. A waiter rubbed his nostrils and then served up a plate! This place is unlike any other Japanese restaurants that I've been to, which are always clean and tidy. The food was nowhere near Michelin selection standard. I would rate its quality below a "fast food" Japanese place like Itsu or Yo Sushi.

My husband and I went to Majide on a referral by a local (we live in the US). Majide did not disappoint! We ordered their mixed tempura and it was honestly the best tempura we've ever had! I had the tuna with truffles and it was outstanding! The fish is all very fresh and they pay attention to detail for sure! My husband enjoyed one of their duck dishes as well and said it was great! We love Barcelona and will be back to Majide the next time we are there!

The food was delicious and we got the menu of the day for less than 20 euros (so cheap for 5 plates). The service was very good except the hostess seemed very annoyed with us off the bat (not sure why). Overall great food and would go again.

Quite disappointed , on arrival we encountered an unfriendly hostess which continued by an unfriendly waitstaff, the food came out too fast and we felt unwelcome and rushed . The quality of the meal was also a disappointment. I have been previously and had great dinners , will not go back 🙁

Perhaps one of the best omakase meals we’ve ever had, in all of our travels. The food was exemplary in terms of quality, balance, presentation, volume, and taste. Truly exceptional. The amazing food was enough to overcome very average service, as there seemed at times to be a lack of connection between the server and the guests. If they can overcome this, they will truly be a rising star in the Japanese food scene here in Barcelona. The restaurant had very nice ambience, simple, clean, and inviting. Definitely worth your time!
