8.5/10Beautiful restaurant with delicious food! Enjoyed watching the preparation of our meals with delicacy and professionalism. Couldn’t say the same about our waitress. She was partially rude and not as professional as we would expect in such a lovely place. Will surely come back for food, just gonna go with another waitressing staff member.

10/10Very good seafood, even better than some Japan restaurants that I have been to last month, but I recommend to improve the taste of noodle and miso soup, it is a lot room to do it.

2/10I have no idea how this got on to the Michelin selection list. We were greeted by an unfriendly hostess who was rude and impatient. She kept asking if I could speak Mandarin to her instead of English, although I clearly said I couldn't. She was so hostile afterwards that I had the urge to leave straight away. They had an open kitchen. One of the chefs rubbed his face with both hands rigorously, then proceeded to slice up sashimi. A waiter rubbed his nostrils and then served up a plate! This place is unlike any other Japanese restaurants that I've been to, which are always clean and tidy. The food was nowhere near Michelin selection standard. I would rate its quality below a "fast food" Japanese place like Itsu or Yo Sushi.

10/10My husband and I went to Majide on a referral by a local (we live in the US). Majide did not disappoint! We ordered their mixed tempura and it was honestly the best tempura we've ever had! I had the tuna with truffles and it was outstanding! The fish is all very fresh and they pay attention to detail for sure! My husband enjoyed one of their duck dishes as well and said it was great! We love Barcelona and will be back to Majide the next time we are there!

9.5/10The food was delicious and we got the menu of the day for less than 20 euros (so cheap for 5 plates). The service was very good except the hostess seemed very annoyed with us off the bat (not sure why). Overall great food and would go again.

4/10Quite disappointed , on arrival we encountered an unfriendly hostess which continued by an unfriendly waitstaff, the food came out too fast and we felt unwelcome and rushed . The quality of the meal was also a disappointment. I have been previously and had great dinners , will not go back 🙁

8.5/10Perhaps one of the best omakase meals we’ve ever had, in all of our travels. The food was exemplary in terms of quality, balance, presentation, volume, and taste. Truly exceptional. The amazing food was enough to overcome very average service, as there seemed at times to be a lack of connection between the server and the guests. If they can overcome this, they will truly be a rising star in the Japanese food scene here in Barcelona. The restaurant had very nice ambience, simple, clean, and inviting. Definitely worth your time!

10/10We discovered this little gem of Barcelona one night and I couldn't be happier. Best Miso soup of the world! I will certainly book a table everytime I will be in Barcelona. It's a must!

8.5/10The food was superb. The Chef and the coordinator were so in sync, twas great. We didn't speak spanish and this one female waiter was so rude to us and was speaking Chinese to the other waiter. She didn't even explain what kinda dish that they were serving (eventhough i know what it is), she didn't even try. She said 'TUNA' eventhough it was steamed Tuna belly/Toro. To top it up, when paying i overtipped and i didn't hear any THANK YOU or anything. Its not that i expect anything but some communication would be great.

10/10We have been luckily to find this great small restaurant on Michelin guide 2023 for our trip to Barcelona. This restaurant is on Koy Shunka chain with its location closed to Plaza Cataluna. Sashimi is soft, juicy and can be melt in your mouth. Service is perfect.

Sería importante hacer mención que pertenece al mismo grupo del restaurante Koy Shunka, primer restaurante japonés con estrella michelin... Ellos lo llaman el hermano pequeño de Koy Shunka.
Hideki Matsuhisa es uno de los mejores cocineros japoneses que trabajan en España. Lo acredita la estrella MICHELIN por Koy Shunka y su excelente labor en Shunka y Kak Koy. Con Majide, en la que participa junto a cocineros que formaron parte de Shunka, vuelve a demostrar que la suya siempre es una oferta gastronómica de gran nivel. Aquí mandan los mejores mariscos y otros productos del mar aplicados a recetas niponas. Así pues, de la cocina salen platos como el Bonito soasado con tomate fresco, la Tempura de kokotxas de merluza, el Tataki de salmonete con hoja de wasabi, las Almejas hervidas con sake, la Caballa marinada en vinagre de arroz con salsa ponzu, todo tipo de sashimi y nigiris... Siempre con una materia prima inmejorable y con una ejecución que roza la perfección.
No te pierdas la barra en la que trabajan los cocineros, un atractivo añadido a los platos que elaboran.
