I am used to Sushi restaurants in America, where you can order the appetizer and the main course at the start. Perhaps it is my poor language skills, but the waiter would only allow me to order three items in the beginning. The three items were slow in coming. No wasabi or pickled ginger was provided. I asked for wasabi and it was delivered in a small bowl, but no sushi. The tuna roll contained something brown in the center, not red, as the tuna nigri. The owner made some excuse when he brought a REAL tuna roll. The edamame had been reheated in a microwave. Italians should leave Sushi to the Japanese, all of my sushi dining experiences in Italy have been disappointing, especially when you consider how well Italian restaurants are in general.
