We have been to this restaurant many times as we are locals. I had guests visiting me so I booked a table for 5. When we arrived they were not aware of our booking and wanted to put us at a table in the back of the restaurant. Now I have not got a problem with this but it was so hot that we could not even sit there for 2 minutes. When I asked for a table outside they said that all tables were booked. We then ended up leaving and went to another local restaurant. I understand that it is high season and therefore extremely busy but I would have preferred the website telling me that it's fully booked and not take a booking from me if they were unavailable to accommode us. The table that we we offered was definitely not suitable for any person as the heat next to the kitchen was unbearable.

Our options were unfortunately limited that day as we are a small bussiness, had large reservations and your reservation was made on a short notice. Yet we truely value your input and we will be reviewing our booking system to ensure we can better accommodate our guests and make sure this doesn’t happen again. The food was good and service was good too. The only downside was it was a bit cold inside. We were sat near the door, it was closed but still draughty. We've been twice, would go again definitely. Although not cheap, I suppose it depends what you have

What an incredible experience! It's the best food we had in a restaurant since moving to Spain a year ago. Everything we ordered were absolutely delicious!! The service was next level and they treated me with a birthday song and drinks!! I will highly recommend Malcriado as a must visit when in Pineda de Mar!! We will be coming on a regular basis!!
