Bilni’s are not close to what it should be. Tuna fish is not great quality, a lot of chewy parts in tartare. The tuna steak not great either. Wild boar ragout was good. Service is nice and attentive.

Thank you for your review. The blinis we make are made with buckwheat, completely different from the original recipe, but that's what was stated on the menu. The tuna was a bar, not a steak, so obviously the texture is different because they're two different cuts.
