My wife and I spent a magical evening at Masseria Samenti, where the staff’s professionalism shone through in every dish description and perfect wine pairing suggestion. Housed in an elegantly restored 16th‑century masseria in Torre Suda, the setting masterfully combines rustic stone walls with contemporary comforts, creating a true farm‑to‑table atmosphere. We began with the antipasto tasting platter (generously portioned and ideal for four). For our main courses, the linguine with mussels and vermouth were sublime, and the signature “It’s Not Paella” - a vibrant fregola sarda with mixed seafood - was the standout. We shared a light mandarin dessert, perfectly balanced and memorable. Throughout the meal, we enjoyed sparkling water and a glass of organic wine handpicked by the maître, elevating every bite. An unforgettable dining experience that beautifully captures the essence of Puglia!
