10/10Luca was a wonderful server and very attentive. He made thoughtful suggestions both for wine and food. We had an early dinner as we were going to a show at Il Sistina. It was lovely to find a place to have a meal in Rome early without feeling like all the dinners were tourists. and it is on a pretty quiet street even though close to the center. All in all we couldn't have asked for a better evening.

10/10Exceptional Spaghetti Carbonara.. they have two on the menu, I tried the more traditional version and it was sheer perfection.. crispy bacon bits and just the right amount of egg.. no added cream which is just how I like it. Their wine list is off the charts good.

Our visit was menorable because the cook was asking “who are this guests” in dialect when we entered 5 min before opening. The service was perfect by our waitress and the food was very good.

Exceptional dining experience at Mazzè! It’s some of the best food we’ve had in the many years we’ve visited Rome, accompanied by outstanding service. It all came together for a magical Roman night on their cozy terrace, nestled along a typical Roman side street. Sharing this experience with a dear friend, enjoying delicious food and amazing wine, made it truly special. Our server, Giovanni, was exceptional—very friendly and made us feel like honored guests. We started with the eggplant, which was unbelievable, followed by the Ossobuco and the grilled octopus. Each dish was delicious. We ended the meal with the best tiramisu we’ve had at a restaurant in a long time. We will definitely be returning to this incredible find that hits all the right notes: service, food, and ambiance!

Really enjoyed this restaurant, down a small side street in Roma center. Reasonable prices on wine and food. I had eggplant appetizer and polpo main, very much enjoyed both.

7/10Seemed like it was their first day opening the restaurant. Good wine recommendation. Had to ask for silverware after they delivered first course. Brought the wine bottle to the table but forgot to open it. Okay food quality for Rome. Other big cities in the world have better food but you do pay a bigger price for it.

9/10I really enjoyed this restaurant. The ravioli with ricotta, spinach and sage was very tasty. The grilled danish tenderloin was cooked right to my specifications and was so tender. I could have even had another; it was that good. I topped off the evening with a delicious pistachio parfait with raspberry sauce. My wife enjoyed her lasagna and the codfish cakes she had as well. I definitely recommend this place.
