it isn't always easy to find a quality restaurant in Rome since most cater to tourists. This restaurant is an exception. The quality of the food was good, portion size was perfect and the staff was friendly. Also, some restaurants will not accept reservations from solo diners, this restaurant was was happy to accept my request. Thank you to the staff for being so kind!

We were in Portugal/Italy 20 days and this was most memorable experience. Food was excellent. Waiter, Luca, was exceptional - very attentive. One friend in our party has significant food intolerances and he went far beyond expectations to provide a great dining experience for her. Nice sheltered outdoor seating. Highly recommend. (This restaurant was a neighborhood favorite of the couple we rented the apartment from).

Luca was a wonderful server and very attentive. He made thoughtful suggestions both for wine and food. We had an early dinner as we were going to a show at Il Sistina. It was lovely to find a place to have a meal in Rome early without feeling like all the dinners were tourists. and it is on a pretty quiet street even though close to the center. All in all we couldn't have asked for a better evening.
