Understaffed? Food arrived before our cocktails, although we specifically asked for cocktails first, then food —confirmed at the time of order. Several items were missing from the menu. We were not taken care of upon our arrival, table was only half clean, and we had to grab salt/pepper ourselves from another table. Service was not great and visibly impatient (due to understaffing?) Definitely not the kind of evening I was thinking of for my daughter’s birthday dinner. Eventually we went to another place for dessert & cocktails, and had a great time.

A fantastic dinner with a breathtaking view of the sea and the sunset. The food was amazing, and the service was excellent. Highly recommended—a go-to place when in Zandvoort!

all went wrong, except a waiter and later a waitress trying to solve the restaurant mistakes no table was ready at arrival, it was dirty, many dishes never arrived, etc it was probably all due to the hot weather, they tryied to accomodate as many people as possible, but the risk is that there is a low service

Clearly not enough staff. We had to beg for attention. Sadly the portions were HUGE. The amount of food waste was sickening. Not one of the four of us could finish their plate.

Really disappointed. Very busy as expected but no fries or salads appeared. We asked three times but did not receive them. Ended up eating what we had, some of which was cold. Refused a reduction on our bill despite not having received what we had ordered. Will not be returning

Food wasn’t good. We had mussles, sauce tasted really weird. Service slow, got served the mussels but cutlery, fries and salad was missing. We then had to wait 10 minutes until we got the cutlery. The fries and salad came around 15 minutes later than the mussels.

We went here for breakfast. They have one special offer for breakfast that includes different types of bread, cheese, ham, jam, eggs,... I really liked that they serve all hot drinks with a macaron - nice gesture and good idea instead of the "normal" cookie. The service was very friendly.

Location is lovely as always, beautiful uninterrupted view of the ocean and sunset. ample tables and plenty of room to move around. Food and service could have been better, probably it was too busy last weekend with the hot weather. It is our second time here, and I think we would like to come back. Some music could have been better at a beach bar/cafe!

I don't see the point of reserving, when I arrived and I told them I had a reservation, they said ok, seat wherever you like, they did not even ask my name. We had to wait a very long time to get a waiter to our table and this only happened after I got up and went to ask one myself (30 minutes), it took again ages to have the food served (another 30 minutes) and we had to get up again to order extra drinks. The food was eatable but not what I was expecting for the price we paid... Not sure I will ever come back to this place...

Nice location with good service. Everthing is possible and they are so kind. There is a cocktailbar at the beach, with lounche seats where you can enjoy a cocktail with the feat in the sand! Love it!
