Great kitchen. Seriously: one of the best Italian meals we've ever had in Portugal. Great, laid-back lunch vibe. Excellent service. Highly recommended!

We ate at Memoria. Unfortunately, it was a terrible experience. The food itself isn't bad at all, but there were cockroaches EVERYWHERE. We pointed this out to the staff, but they just laughed and seemed to be “used to it.” A truly awful experience. We'll never go back there again. Disgusting.

Beautiful restaurant with friendly staff. Unfortunately they didn’t have the house prosecco, so offered a higher priced bottle- fine. The second bottle was warm. They told us it wasn’t fully chillled, but it was really warm- like room temp or worse and took forever to chill in ice bucket. Also- I ordered the pasta was mixed seafood ( linguini Nero Al Pescatore), and they literally only had shrimp. We were told of no clams, but didn’t realize there would be no mussels either. Tiramisu was great as always.

I was really excited to go to this restaurant and to order the pastas and risotto, unfortunately I was only informed after arriving and ordering the beverages that there was no pastas available at the restaurant. It’s really unacceptable to only inform the people that almost half of the dishes are unavailable after sitting them and after they started ordering. Really disappointing…

Memoria feels like one of those places you stumble into on a slow Sunday and end up staying longer than planned. The light, the calm, the way the room feels both elegant and effortless, it just works. The food? Pretty good. Some dishes really land, others not so much, but you can tell there’s thought behind everything. The service is kind, easygoing, like they know you’re there to relax, not rush. It’s not perfect, but it’s got heart. And sometimes, that’s better than perfect.
