Great food, but service wasn’t up to scratch. Having visited Merci twice before, the third time has actually put us off returning. The food was okay, but slightly cold. The waiter was playing loud music on a poor quality portable speaker. It was only two of us dining in the restaurant, yet the waiter didn’t even bother to poor my drink for me or place the cutlery beside my plate. He left the closed bottle and handed me the knife and fork. Don’t think we will be returning again.

Un restaurante puede mejorar algo en en su servicio cuando un cliente dignamente explica un problema que detectó, eso se agradece mucho ya que simpre qieres complacer a todo el mundo, aún sabiendo que es imposible. Porla tanto Yordan gracias por tu comentario espero que no volven más nadie dar te cubiertos en la mano y nadie más te pone la música en el local. Comentaría debe ser constructivo! Saludos

Terrible experience on a Saturday lunchtime- sat down at 1.45pm on a pretty table on the steps outside the restaurant. The server did not say a word, did not present menus, did not explained he may have been stretched. 10 min later we left. The server saw us and did not say a word. The table next to us had received their food, their faces were not very happy. Plenty of better choices in Sitges!
MerciHabla por ti no por la mesa de al lado. No es restaurante de la comida rápida os dieron menú y las comandas se cojen según cada uno como viene. Dejar de hechar negatividad ni se qieres hablas de la comida hablas de mesa de al lado de que tardaron cojer comanda.

Service was ok. Meaty dishes was a bit dry for me . Had 1 pork starter and lamb main . The 2 was dried out . But was a lot

Wonderful food. The waiters were very attentive and excellent. Could not say anything wrong about any of the dishes we had. We were 5 people and everyone enjoyed. We will definitely come back

It was fiesta night and we were lucky to have an outside table and enjoyed being amongst the madness. The resteraunt was lovely. The staff friendly. Not many veggie options but I had the ribeye as a treat but it was very grissly. Obviously never complained! Overall a good experience and the starters were tasty.

Clearly a problem tonight. Timing was way off - over an hour between courses. Lamb served without any side of potato. Never saw server again after mains were delivered. Not offered dessert or coffee. Eventually had to go to bar for the check. Will not go back or recommend - too bad, the food we did eventually receive was good.

This restaurant is a true gem—delicious, beautifully crafted food paired with warm, friendly service and a cozy, elegant atmosphere. Every dish was full of flavor and clearly made with care, and the staff made us feel right at home from the moment we walked in. A perfect spot for both special occasions and relaxed nights out—we’ll definitely be back!

It's a lovely venue and it looks like it should be intimate and romantic but the acoustics mean it becomes noisy when there are some groups of people. The service was good but the food was pretentious and expensive and not that great unfortunately

Ambiance was great. Our waiter was new and messed up the order. Not really an issue as we’re on holiday and everyone has a learning curve. It’s the lack of engagement from the management that really disappointed us. Our reservation was for 9pm and food didn’t arrive till 10:30pm. The turbot was full of bones and my vegetable risotto tasted like fish. When the gentleman came to clear the table he asked if it was ok. I told him about the risotto and he said I should have told him so they could make something else. The only comp was a 4 euro glass of wine. Disappointing.
