10/10We ordered the scallops ( absolutely amazing! tha sauce with hazelnuts should be a standard for all sauces!), then the spaghetti with clams (disappointing), the veal (the best we have ever had) and the fish - Rana pescatriche - (divine!) … really a must go to restaurant when in Naples! And the service was first rate as well…

7/10Excellent food, and good choice of wines. Good service until we ordered dessert. Then a 20 minute wait (for cold, prepared desserts) with no explanation. After 20 min, we asked, and they said they had to prepare the pre-dessert. After 5 minutes, this appeared: a cold sorbet which could take 30 seconds to prepare. Then the real dessert, etc. A table near us ordered about the same time, and had the same delay. I think that the kitchen was preparing main courses for some larger groups, and forgot. A pity, because until then it was a very good experience.

4.5/10Food was only okay level and the decoration of the restaurant feels sketchy(far beyond other Michelin recommended restaurants I’ve been to). The place prob need some renovations too, there were scratches on the table and dirt on the seat.

8/10The food was splendid, but not the best for this price range. (Although this is only a minor complaint). For example I missed tention and new experience in some dishes. We had a steak tartare that was a bit too simple. On the other hand: the service was very good and friendly. They had excellent wine pairing. Two minor point for improvements: 1. If you sit at the back of the restaurant, you can smell the odour of the ladies bathroom a bit. It ruins the tasteful food. 2. The glass table is also a bit annoying: the wine glasses get stuck to it by water or wine that comes underneath. And: you can see every crumb on it. (And one ant came by too)

10/10The food was truly wonderful. We opted for the tasting menu to experience a variety of flavours. We have eaten in many restaurants around the world and I can truly say every course was a delight from both presentation, taste, texture and variety perspective. All courses got our taste buds tingling. It was a therapeutic experience of different flavours and we left the restaurant happy, truly satisfied and inspired by the Chef. Attentive service made the experience once of a definite 5 stars. When in Naples I would definitely recommend the restaurant

10/10Welcoming atmosphere, friendly and knowledgable staff. The chef works wonders merging the generosity of Neapolitan culinary tradition, the refinement of haute cuisine and his own personal touch. You cannot go wrong with the set menus, but I'd certainly recommend to consider the very reasonably priced à la carte options and ask the sommelier to help you choose a bottle of wine. A place to cherish.

Me and my girlfriend had a fantastic evening at Michelasso. We both went for the seafood tasting menu with wine pairings and the food and wine was incredible. Special shout out for the octopus which was the best I’ve ever had. The restaurant was fine dining but didn’t feel too pretentious which we both enjoyed. Our waiter Simone was knowledgable and a really lovely guy which made our evening so special! Would 100% recommend and will be returning next time I’m in Naples!

10/10This restaurant was everything we hoped it would be. The food was beyond excellent. Nothing was too much for the staff to do. They recommended excellent wine. The staff seemed very happy to be there and were having a good time with us. Everything we ate had a history and a story for why it was there. We had a great time.

10/10Exquisite dinner, everything was perfect from the starter to the desert. We hesitated for the menu tasting since all the suggestions seemed mouthwatering. we decided to go for the fish menu tasting and it was so excellent ! We were seduced by the diversity of all the flavors. Totaly a must GO and this restaurant deserve a star! Also a Thank you for the service, the waiters were so friendly and we had the honor to meet the Chef! A huge Bravo

8.5/10Michelasso is a great restaurant. The food is sublime and ditto the service. We had a nice place outside, but Napoli won the Italian championship and the street was quite noisy. However. This was not the restaurant's fault, but it drag down the overall experience. When incomes to the food - excellent ????????????????

10/10From walking in, to leaving and everything in between was spot on. Too often places at this end of the spectrum want to make you feel a million dollars, rather than treat you as you want to be. We like to take to the staff, understand them, their food and wine and make them as much of the experience as the food itself. Everything that was brought to the table was explained, we counted at least 10 plates of food and 6 glasses of wine, and everything had an explanation - In English! The food was very good, and the wine well matched. The staff were attentive, but not falling over themselves to get in your face.

9.5/10Dined here for a friend's birthday during a visit to Naples from the UK. I used the Michelin Guide online to choose Michelasso. The restaurant was very quiet with only three other customers in the 2.5 hours we were there, however, we did visit on a Thursday. We had the earth/meat tasting menu with wine pairing. The food, especially the three meat courses was superb with stunning presentation. I particularly recommend the rabbit pasta. The desserts, relatively speaking, were missing an additional edge to lift them to the same level but were still great dishes. All of the wines were local and brought new and interesting dimensions to the experience. The service throughout was attentive and informative without being intrusive. Overall a top-rate dining experience.
