Restaurant is on Micheline Guide List, however this was the worst dinner in Napoli for us. Food was good, but nothing surprising. Staff level was very very poor. As we sat down, we got amuse bouche with recommendations to eat by hands, however no towel was provided. I would not expect in such a restaurant to be severed from left side, I would not expect to pour water or wine on my own. There was definitely not enough staff in the restaurant and the employees got more and more nervous with more guests coming in. No eye contact, no interest, disappointment. Compare service and prices, I consider this restaurant as overrated.

+5We had a wonderful dining experience at Michelasso’s. The restaurant offers a polished yet welcoming atmosphere. The waitstaff were exceptionally kind, attentive, and efficient. The food was not only delicious but also beautifully presented. We chose the Land Taste Menu, and every dish was perfectly executed.

10/10The food and service were excellent as was the presentation of each course. The Staff was very knowledgeable and served with precision yet in a way that enabled us to feel comfortable and not rushed. We chose one of three Tasting Menus with wine pairings and Georgio, the maitre d’ quietly was table side to cordially and thoroughly explain each course and the paired wine. Chef Francesco visited each table to make certain to offer additional comments. We could not have been more satisfied with this dining experience.

10/10We ordered the scallops ( absolutely amazing! tha sauce with hazelnuts should be a standard for all sauces!), then the spaghetti with clams (disappointing), the veal (the best we have ever had) and the fish - Rana pescatriche - (divine!) … really a must go to restaurant when in Naples! And the service was first rate as well…

+3I took the sea tasting with wine pairing. Enjoyed every bite and sip. Some pairings were impeccable, some ok. I think I've had the best babà in my life.

7/10Excellent food, and good choice of wines. Good service until we ordered dessert. Then a 20 minute wait (for cold, prepared desserts) with no explanation. After 20 min, we asked, and they said they had to prepare the pre-dessert. After 5 minutes, this appeared: a cold sorbet which could take 30 seconds to prepare. Then the real dessert, etc. A table near us ordered about the same time, and had the same delay. I think that the kitchen was preparing main courses for some larger groups, and forgot. A pity, because until then it was a very good experience.

4.5/10Food was only okay level and the decoration of the restaurant feels sketchy(far beyond other Michelin recommended restaurants I’ve been to). The place prob need some renovations too, there were scratches on the table and dirt on the seat.
