8/10This is my first time going to a Michelin restaurant in Paris. I booked one person for lunch through fork and the experience was beyond my expectations. I arrived early at Hotel Lancaster but was greeted warmly. The staff were are smiley and welcoming. Even though I was the only person at the table and the staff was busy, they kept making me feel welcome with their smiles. The food was great. I ordered la menu with 3 courses, which is well worth the price. I listened to their recommendation and ordered a glass of white wine but it was sort of too blend for my liking. Overall, it was a great experience. Highly recommended!

10/10Me and my fiancé had the most beautiful lunch at monsieur. The interior was spectacular, the food spectacular, and the service spectacular. I do not think we will stop talking about this place, the waitress Tiffany was such a joy and helped us make the best choices. We felt so welcomed and are so happy we went and shared such a beautiful meal.

10/10This was special! We chose the 3 price fix with wine pairings and we were not sorry! We were greeted with an aperitif and had our first wine and cocktail. Very good! Then the three courses came with wine, truly excellent choices and a full and wonderful explanation of each wine and why it was chosen. The desert was a coconut soufflé! Sooo good! We had an after diner drink of chartreuse. Perfect choice. The dinner was inventive and the service was interesting and caring. Bravo for an excellent evening!

8/10Good meal, but both entree and plat options had some sort of carrot and mushroom bits, desserts were impeccable, servers seemed ironically rushed and super slow at the same time. Were out of the wine we wanted, then the bill came with ‘forfait vin’ instead of the wine’s name etc. Seemed odd. Will go back again though.

9/10Best starters we have ever had: pretty, good size, great taste. Amazing petit bouche and bread. The main dishes were pretty but not very tasty. Very good attention. The dessert was good.

9.5/10Everything excellent in the restaurant. The problem was in the bar. The bartender could not make a proper Dry Martini, I asked for a dry one i.e just a little vermouth. It arrived very sweat probably 50/50 G/V, and of course charged EUR 23... I didn’t want to spoil the dinner with my dearest, so I dropped it, otherwise it would have been a remake of the DM.

10/10Fantastic meal, service, and ambiance! Do not be fooled that this is a 'hotel restaurant'. It is the real deal. Excellent food, with magnificent preparation and presentation. You will love it!

8/10Nice restaurant. Food was very good, but not fantastic. Service was good, but lacked enthusiasm. Very subdued atmosphere. If that was their desire, they nailed it. Our party was looking for a little more excitement and knowledge on how the dish was prepared in describing the chef’s choices. Soufflé was prepared well, but lacked flavor.

10/10We had a lovely 35th Anniversary dinner in the beautiful dining room of the Lancaster Hotel. The staff were extremely friendly from the initial greeting to the last bite. A superb meal in a wonderful setting. Having a 50% off coupon on a la carte items was a very nice plus. It helped make up for the shock of 90 euros on the bill for 2 glasses of champagne. It was a beautiful evening and perfect dinner. Highly recommend it.
