The food is good but the waiter’s service style was overwhelmingly zealous and unnecessarily friendly and he unfortunately had a big problem with BO, which made the experience quite uncomfortable and unpleasant

The chef’s selection was brilliant and culminated in a plum soufflé accompanied by almond ice-cream, which was truly spectacular. Service was attentive, friendly and multilingual. Overall an A+ experience.

The food was good, delicious and very well presented. Staff was very friendly and we had a great service. However, our experience was ruined near the end of our dinner when we saw a MICE running through main area of the restaurant looking for food. Very disgusting and disappointing seeing the mice roaming around while there were still clients in there. Imagine what happens at night when the restaurant is empty!!! When we brought this to the attention of the staff they brushed it off blaming the constructions in the surrounding areas…. Really!!! This is unacceptable for a high class restaurant. Will not return back to this place.

Absolutely delicious food served by an outstanding Head Waiter, Eric. Our only negative comment would be that the lighting should be dimmed if it were possible.

This place should honestly have a Michelin star. The presentation was beautiful, the staff was beyond lovely, and flavor was exceptional. A beautiful hidden gem in Paris!

This is my first time going to a Michelin restaurant in Paris. I booked one person for lunch through fork and the experience was beyond my expectations. I arrived early at Hotel Lancaster but was greeted warmly. The staff were are smiley and welcoming. Even though I was the only person at the table and the staff was busy, they kept making me feel welcome with their smiles. The food was great. I ordered la menu with 3 courses, which is well worth the price. I listened to their recommendation and ordered a glass of white wine but it was sort of too blend for my liking. Overall, it was a great experience. Highly recommended!

Me and my fiancé had the most beautiful lunch at monsieur. The interior was spectacular, the food spectacular, and the service spectacular. I do not think we will stop talking about this place, the waitress Tiffany was such a joy and helped us make the best choices. We felt so welcomed and are so happy we went and shared such a beautiful meal.

Best starters we have ever had: pretty, good size, great taste. Amazing petit bouche and bread. The main dishes were pretty but not very tasty. Very good attention. The dessert was good.

Everything excellent in the restaurant. The problem was in the bar. The bartender could not make a proper Dry Martini, I asked for a dry one i.e just a little vermouth. It arrived very sweat probably 50/50 G/V, and of course charged EUR 23... I didn’t want to spoil the dinner with my dearest, so I dropped it, otherwise it would have been a remake of the DM.

Very attentive service. Food was incredible. The chef personally visited every table. Two amuse-buche offered. We see why this restaurant won "Best restaurant in Europe" award.

Fantastic meal, service, and ambiance! Do not be fooled that this is a 'hotel restaurant'. It is the real deal. Excellent food, with magnificent preparation and presentation. You will love it!
