The chef’s selection was brilliant and culminated in a plum soufflé accompanied by almond ice-cream, which was truly spectacular. Service was attentive, friendly and multilingual. Overall an A+ experience.

The food was good, delicious and very well presented. Staff was very friendly and we had a great service. However, our experience was ruined near the end of our dinner when we saw a MICE running through main area of the restaurant looking for food. Very disgusting and disappointing seeing the mice roaming around while there were still clients in there. Imagine what happens at night when the restaurant is empty!!! When we brought this to the attention of the staff they brushed it off blaming the constructions in the surrounding areas…. Really!!! This is unacceptable for a high class restaurant. Will not return back to this place.

Absolutely delicious food served by an outstanding Head Waiter, Eric. Our only negative comment would be that the lighting should be dimmed if it were possible.

This is my first time going to a Michelin restaurant in Paris. I booked one person for lunch through fork and the experience was beyond my expectations. I arrived early at Hotel Lancaster but was greeted warmly. The staff were are smiley and welcoming. Even though I was the only person at the table and the staff was busy, they kept making me feel welcome with their smiles. The food was great. I ordered la menu with 3 courses, which is well worth the price. I listened to their recommendation and ordered a glass of white wine but it was sort of too blend for my liking. Overall, it was a great experience. Highly recommended!
