8/10the food is very very good, the service was slooooow even though restaurant not very full. room is gorgeous, and the location is terrific. It is also expensive.

8/10My wife and I had a wonderful dinner. Lobster Risotto and Sole Meuniere were very memorable. The server asked whether we wanted sparkling water or still water. We asked for still water. When the bill came, we were charged 40 francs for two bottles of water. I was quite surprised but did not complain as I thought this was the customery charge for "still water" for a high end restaurant. I come to find out after telling the story with some friends we were travelling with that we should have been offered tap water as an option. Being from the States, we had never come across this. We ordered still water assuming that there would not be a charge unlike ordering sparkling water. The server should have made this clear that there would be a charge for the "bottled still water." I find it reprehensible that we had to pay 40 francs for still water that we should not have had to pay.

10/10The place was rather empty except for a few scattered patrons. The hostess was extremely friendly and helpful. The food was pricey but delicious. I had the sea bream whole. It tasted fresh and good.

10/10An iconic venue in the heart of Montreux, a total immersion in the world of the Montreux Jazz festival. The filet of steak was exquisite, the service super professional and the ambiance exactly how music lovers would like it. Not easy to keep the high standard of an institution but the MJC knows perfectly well to maintain all that.

We truly enjoyed every aspect of our meal. The food was delicious as well as beautiful. My soup was had just the right amount of “heat”. The sole was cooked to perfection. We also had the duck, again it was cooked perfectly. The staff was attentive and very helpful. We we appreciated as we speak barely any French.

10/10Fabulous food. Warm atmosphere and peaceful Sunday evening. Just perfect. Friendly staff who were quietly efficient. Not cheap but worth every penny, I mean cent. Had a fabulous visit 2 years ago and this was possibly even better.

9.5/10we loved everything. Olga was fantastic and took care of us above & beyond. excellent meal. beautiful space but we were bummed not to hear any music at all. we were hoping for some jazz hence the name.!

7.5/10This restaurant was cool. Especially on Jazz Festival time. The location is very good and the bar inside had nice cocktails with a playlist of jazz music link to spotify linked to every cocktail. Creative choice! The food was good but not exceptional due to the lack of french cuisine or international choice. It was more marrocan - haven’t understood the link with the jazz concept all over.. and few American dishes which were good. I recommend the place, cool vibe, nice people and the stuff friendly
