The service was disappointing, with waitstaff lacking experience. The food was mediocre overall—while the meat was decent, the vegetables were overly greasy. The decor and ambiance fell far below expectations, making for an underwhelming dining experience. I left quite disappointed.

Transglutaminase used in the individual fillet steaks, lovely staff members who shouldn’t have to work in the lack of air conditioning, thank you, you were all lovely but this is frankly a tourist trap.

Very disappointed in the quality of the steak. We are native Texans and know good beef. What we got at Museo was not it. Also, ordered Ceaser Salad and got chicken and cucumbers; again not what we expected. Best part of the meal,,, a nice bottle of Nobile d’ Montepulciano. Brunello was way overpriced.

Amazing food. Our server turned out to be amazing in the end however he was initially impatient and didn’t seem interested in guiding us for food choices. We also had to remind them about the discount. We’d go back. You don’t need the most expensive meat or wine. The food presentation with heated plates and platters was well done.

We had high hopes for this restaurant, but the experience was disappointing. Communication was a real challenge—we struggled to understand the menu and to make ourselves understood when ordering. Service was below expectations and could benefit from more attentiveness and professionalism. The atmosphere also felt less welcoming than we anticipated, and allowing smoking indoors made it even less enjoyable. Overall, there’s potential here, but several key aspects need improvement to create a more pleasant dining experience.

I'm so glad we stopped here for dinner! Inside, the restaurant is very date-night cute, and the service was great. The ravioli was so creative and delicious! It was the best steak my husband had in Florence. I don’t eat meat, so luckily, they had a few 8-oz filet-size steaks he could enjoy on his own. 10/10!
