3/10We had high hopes for this restaurant, but the experience was disappointing. Communication was a real challenge—we struggled to understand the menu and to make ourselves understood when ordering. Service was below expectations and could benefit from more attentiveness and professionalism. The atmosphere also felt less welcoming than we anticipated, and allowing smoking indoors made it even less enjoyable. Overall, there’s potential here, but several key aspects need improvement to create a more pleasant dining experience.

10/10I'm so glad we stopped here for dinner! Inside, the restaurant is very date-night cute, and the service was great. The ravioli was so creative and delicious! It was the best steak my husband had in Florence. I don’t eat meat, so luckily, they had a few 8-oz filet-size steaks he could enjoy on his own. 10/10!

Wonderfully cooked steak and sides, that we shared, staff helpful and friendly a really lovely evening. Also they happily granted the 30% discount from booking through The Fork.

10/10My husband and I planned a vacation in Florence. And when you are in Florence, you definitely have to try Florentine steak!!! And I found the best steak restaurant! My husband and I are absolutely delighted!!! The meat was magical!!! The service is top notch!!! I recommend this restaurant to everyone!!!

I was looking for a new place to go on Friday night and ended up choosing this one. The seasoning on the meat was just right, and the service was friendly. The view was nice since it’s next to the Museo, and I also enjoyed watching the carriages pass by.

Amazing restaurant with delicious food and great service. Our waiters Aris and Xhemi were super friendly and were great to chat with as well as having excellent service and were also very attentive. The food was also presented beautifully and was overall a great experience. I highly recommend coming to this restaurant.

8.5/10The meat was delicious. 🥩 Watch the price list: prices are per kilo, piece of meat will be 1,2kg so don’t be surprised if your steak will be over 100€. But worth it‼️ Super kind service. Nice view on the chapel 💒.

10/10Had dinner there with my kids, no crowds, great food and services. My kids was given coloring papers upon entry so they were kept busy during dinner. All around great place to rest after a long day of walking and enjoy a good steak.
