6/10The service was disappointing, with waitstaff lacking experience. The food was mediocre overall—while the meat was decent, the vegetables were overly greasy. The decor and ambiance fell far below expectations, making for an underwhelming dining experience. I left quite disappointed.

4/10Transglutaminase used in the individual fillet steaks, lovely staff members who shouldn’t have to work in the lack of air conditioning, thank you, you were all lovely but this is frankly a tourist trap.

5/10Very disappointed in the quality of the steak. We are native Texans and know good beef. What we got at Museo was not it. Also, ordered Ceaser Salad and got chicken and cucumbers; again not what we expected. Best part of the meal,,, a nice bottle of Nobile d’ Montepulciano. Brunello was way overpriced.
