4/10Our experience at the restaurant was quite mixed. Unfortunately, the initial interaction with the staff was disappointing. The lady who approached us was extremely rude. She asked us to scan the menu, but due to a poor internet connection, we couldn’t access it. When we mentioned this, she seemed unhappy and asked if we had WiFi, which confused us. We eventually realized she was suggesting we connect to the restaurant’s free WiFi. She then rushed off, saying there was nothing she could do if we couldn’t scan the menu, despite the restaurant being relatively empty at the time. After that, she didn’t return to our table. Thankfully, the bartender came over to take our order, and the waiter who served our food was polite and made the experience better. However, the Catalan Crème Brûlée we ordered was burnt, and the burnt smell was quite noticeable.

9.5/10The food was great and the Christmas menu had a very reasonable price. The location is convenient to the center. The only thing I would suggest is to have at least one person speak English, since it led to some difficulties in the communication. All in all, we were very happy to celebrate here. I would recommend it.

6/10The food was quite good. On the other hand, the service was horrible, everything went too quickly. The waiter brought us the desserts while some of the people at the table were still eating the main course, which is incorrect. I pointed this out to the waiter and he didn't even bother to reply.

8/10The restaurant is located 11 minutes from the Barcelona Cathedral. The ambience was clean and open. The service was slow. I ordered the fillet to be medium well and it was served rare. The sangria was good.

7.5/10The chef is to be commended. The food was delicious. However, we sat outside and the waiter was a total flake. He forgot to take our order, forgot to bring stuff we ordered and took forever to get our check. We could see other patrons had the same issue and more.
