Service was quick and efficient. The issue we had was that the chicken we ordered was still raw in parts, more care and checks should be done to make sure that this doesn't happen. The waitress took the food and brought it back but there was no apology.

Slow cooked pork rib and oxtail in red wine sauce were both soft and had good taste. Tomato bread was fresh, soft and tasty.

The service was very ignorant and rude at times. Several things from the menu were no available, and of course, we were told that only when ordering, not when the menus were brought to us. To any criticism about food being too salty or meat being too dry, the waitress said “okaaaay” and went away. Had to wave to get her attention several times, because she was not checking the table despite the restaurant being too empty. The place is beautiful and it would be so much better with the right people working there…

Our experience at the restaurant was quite mixed. Unfortunately, the initial interaction with the staff was disappointing. The lady who approached us was extremely rude. She asked us to scan the menu, but due to a poor internet connection, we couldn’t access it. When we mentioned this, she seemed unhappy and asked if we had WiFi, which confused us. We eventually realized she was suggesting we connect to the restaurant’s free WiFi. She then rushed off, saying there was nothing she could do if we couldn’t scan the menu, despite the restaurant being relatively empty at the time. After that, she didn’t return to our table. Thankfully, the bartender came over to take our order, and the waiter who served our food was polite and made the experience better. However, the Catalan Crème Brûlée we ordered was burnt, and the burnt smell was quite noticeable.
