A great surprise to discover this charming restaurant in Matera. Excellent food, subtle flavors & passionately executed. Sophistication without pretensions. Would go back on the drop of a hat ! I wish them great success, bravo chefs Nicola & Domenico !

Modern restaurant with very pleasant staff and excellent quality food (rather small portions but that's probably part of the modern style). Interesting also that other couples brought their dog which is totally fine with me (love dogs) but other people might object and another couple brought their baby. It's clear that you're in Italy and that's why I love it. A very relaxed atmosphere. Everything is possible. Nice.

Excellence and refinement, food lovingly crafted with an impressive attention to detail and taste/flavour combinations. The cuisine is centered on local products and recipes but uses international techniques. Very highly recommended.

The food was creative and delicious. All the ingredients were local. This is the best restaurant in Matera. I prefer myricae over the Michelin star restaurant in town.

A sensational tasting menu! Literally out of this world. Starting with the tower of amuse bouche every course surprised and delighted us! Please please please don’t skip out on dessert. The prickly pears were to die for. It is clear these dishes have been crafted with an almost clinical focus on zero waste but that doesn’t detract from the warmth and passion in every dish. Enjoy ingredients that are used in new and exciting ways, olive jam?!?! We came here on a whim, but now we feel like we MUST return

This was one of our best meals in Italy!!! Everything was delicious, creative and well executed. Staff/chef was wonderful--so helpful with wine selections/pairings and descriptions of meal. Really outstanding restaurant!

The creativity in the menu and high quality of the ingredients - the passion who drive the owners in their food expressions - the caring service - their food & wine suggestions One of those memorable meals where everything worked The whole menu is worth tasting but as I am a big fan of riso al salto, I would invite everyone to try the riso assassino (ultra delicious)

A M A Z I N G! One of the best restaurants we have ever been too. The food was exceptionally good, with local ingredients, the plate was decorated like a true piece of art. We ate 3 types of pasta and we were given a welcome appetizer. Much appreciated!!! We loved the atmosphere, the space is centered around the open kitchen. As an architect I can say that they really thought the space around. There are no waiters, but the chef directly serves you and explains you what you will taste. They were very friendly and we thank them a lot for this experience that we will remember from our trip in Basilicata. From us you don’t have 5 stars, but 100 stars ;)

It is almost impossible to explain this culinary experience in words. Everything was right, the composed dishes, the explosion of taste, the creativity, the fresh local products, the plates that all looked like small paintings, the super hosts who each added something special to the dish, but above all the love for the beautiful profession that was palpable with every bite. This restaurant must be visited by everyone who is in Matera to end a perfect day in this beautiful place even more perfectly. Everyone thank you very much for this wonderful evening! ❤️
