10/10This evening was an incredible gustative trip to local food cooked with creativity and passion. These chefs are reinventing gastronomy and shared with us a bit of their savoir faire … don’t hesitate to book …it is a magical journey to excellence and incredible food and wine tasting ….

10/10Excellent restaurant run by two chefs who are from Matera but with great international experience. Food was much better than at some restaurants from the Michelin list I have experienced in Apuglia. The concept is to make food from local ingredients and connected to history of the town. Service was excellent! Strongly recommend to visit.

Food and service were excellent Just 2 negative comments : The first bill we were given did not include the fork discount A very small glass of wine (for which the whole bottle cost€25) was €8 !

10/10Modern restaurant with very pleasant staff and excellent quality food (rather small portions but that's probably part of the modern style). Interesting also that other couples brought their dog which is totally fine with me (love dogs) but other people might object and another couple brought their baby. It's clear that you're in Italy and that's why I love it. A very relaxed atmosphere. Everything is possible. Nice.

Excellence and refinement, food lovingly crafted with an impressive attention to detail and taste/flavour combinations. The cuisine is centered on local products and recipes but uses international techniques. Very highly recommended.

A sensational tasting menu! Literally out of this world. Starting with the tower of amuse bouche every course surprised and delighted us! Please please please don’t skip out on dessert. The prickly pears were to die for. It is clear these dishes have been crafted with an almost clinical focus on zero waste but that doesn’t detract from the warmth and passion in every dish. Enjoy ingredients that are used in new and exciting ways, olive jam?!?! We came here on a whim, but now we feel like we MUST return

This was one of our best meals in Italy!!! Everything was delicious, creative and well executed. Staff/chef was wonderful--so helpful with wine selections/pairings and descriptions of meal. Really outstanding restaurant!

Friendly, knowledgeable and professional staff. Great food. We opted for the €45 tasting menu and every morsel was delicious. Best meal in Italy this visit.
