Fantastic environment. I admire the chef trying to create new dishes that other restaurants rarely do. Wine pairing was surprisingly bold but very pleasant. I particularly liked the Sauvignon Blanc that has a hint of petroleum that’s normally found in Riesling; also, the 2 bottles from Etna were fantastic as well.

We enjoyed the 5 course tasting menu. Alessandro and his team provided top tier service and the chef’s choices were perfect. The flavors, combinations, and presentation were sublime. The pace was unhurried and the courses were very satisfying. We highly recommend this experience.
