None of the 6 people in my group were 100% satisfied. I sent back the Thai sashimi, one of us had the paella quite bad and sad langostine. Scallops were covered in some egg yoke, and I could go on. Sea bass was fine, so was the steak and tuna sashimi but how hard is it really to serve up sashimi and a steak

A really interesting menu. I shared some starter with my wife. The anchovies were excellent and the croquettes divine. My wife loved the xuixo stuffed with pork. Again my wife really enjoyed the scallops while I thought the lamb was disappointing. I just had a glass of the house wine but it was a great white Grenache from a local vineyard. This place is definitely worth a visit for foodies.

I made a reservation after searching for options at the Michelin guide. The event was the birthday of my 83yo father in law, and I’d bring him for dinner. He loves good restaurants and have always taken me to great ones in Girona. He lost his son (my husband) and I came to spend his birthday with him. I mentioned the celebration on the reservation. Restaurant was clean, contemporary style - cement and black marble. You can sit at the bar and watch cooking or table. Service was really weak. They were kind, but many mistakes. Every time I needed something I had to waive, nobody would check at our table. Appetizers were very good (oysters, croquetas and tomato soup), but food was kind of poor. The rodaballo was tasty, but arrived minutes before my plate, the lamb baklava. Baklava was beautiful but nothing special. Came with half a spoon of green peas and yogurt. They charged two wrong items on the check, I had to send it back twice. I wouldn’t go back. Paid €120 for 2 people 3 course.

It was a wonderful experience and we are very satisfied. I love the attention to detail in every dish and the use of the best ingredients from the region. We already want to return! The steak tartar was excellent!

I went to Nexe for my birthday. The restaurant staff made the additional effort to explain which dishes contained dairy (as I am dairy intolerant). Certain dishes on the menu were also suitable for me without any modifications and there was a dessert which did not contain dairy which often is not considered. The dishes were creative, the atmosphere was good and the experience was enjoyable.

We had a starter, main dish and a dessert Aged beef excellent! Lamb baklava wonderful ! It is not the cheapest in town, but more than worth! A thank from a Dutch couple.

That´s the next one and then two star guide Michelin restaurant .Highly creativ , best products , cool and nevertheless wonderful Ambiente . Best service . Couldńt be better ! We loved it ! Hope it will succeed

Great expectations were not fulfilled. The dishes were acceptable, but not exiting or particularly interesting. There was little finesse or exceptional creativity. The timing of our dishes was far below the norm in a restaurant of this level. To that extent that the chef even sent a message that and I quote - he did not care if I ate the dish or not, but he would charge me - upon my visit to the kitchen, he relented somewhat but certainly never apologised in the slightest. None of my party of 7 people will return to Nexe.

Really nice experience! very good food. The wine by the glass was good as well, a Ribera del Duero. Staff was very nice and perfect service. All in English. A little downside was the seating at the bar, but acceptable solution for single guests. Will for sure go there again when back to Girona.

Great food and service. The restaurant was quite when I was their but that did not detract to much from the experience. I had the taster menu which was good value. The onion soup was the stand out dish. Good English spoken.
