8/10Food was great and the place was nice, but the way the manager treated the waiter was unacceptable. No one should be treated like that. Won’t be coming back.

Thank you for the comment. The manager also often ask himself why he has been treated so badly by the employees who do not bother to learn basic things (table numbers, structure of the menu to serve right dish to right tables), finish their own tasks. Absolute stress for nothing .. Why the manager has to prepare food, run to serve and clean up after them until 3am everyday .., yes employees matter but manager is also human and deserve to be treated correctly. Thank you for appreciating the food ..

4/10The food was absolutely terrible! We felt sorry for the waiter who seemed to have recently started working in the restaurant, he had been very nice and welcoming. However the atmosphere was very negative has the waiter has been spoken to, so rudely and disrespectfully multiple times by who seemed to be the owners, a lady in the kitchen and man who kept going to the kitchen and out of the restaurant. The food was tasteless, we ordered 4 different dishes that were all bad and we haven’t finished any of them. It’s definitely not fresh, I tasted some vegetable that tasted off. Some of the food was burnt and the lettuce accompanying the nem was unclean and seemed to have been stored inappropriately. I’m a fan of Vietnamese cuisine and tried many restaurants but this one got me very astonished in a bad way!

We wish you were in the restaurant the 7 previous nights, you would understand how we got that particular evening where the waiter was messing up repeatedly because he did not bother to learn the table numbers and serve wrong dishes ro wrong tables (only 8 table to learn ) and the structure of the menu ( structure, not by heart the whole menu) … we feel terrible for your experience but we disagree on the quality of food because we know and all our clients know it’s not true at all. we don’t want to justify further, don’t come back, we don’t appreciate abuse and lies through the internet to break somebody’s reputation. Be restaurant owner one day to understand how hard to train staff multiple times per day during many days and everyday is like the first hours starting the job, the same time serving someone who can further make unfair comments over the internet. Thankfully most of our clients appreciate our food and our product, otherwise we would have closed by now.

5.5/10The service and ambiance was nice. Unfortunately, the food was on the bland side. The dry noodles had a rubbery texture and the sauce was lighter than expected for Vietnamese food. As a Vietnamese myself, the food was okay but unfortunately lacked the stronger flavors to stand out. The experience was nice, though, the waitress was very attentive and the ambiance was relaxing.

Like you said, the waitress was very attentive but then why did not you take avantage to express to her about what you just publicly mention here (because we ask her how each table is)? It would be too late to change anything for you now. The noodles are freshly cooked and served warm. You did not mention our very fresh ingredients (meat, veg, etc). It happens that our food is lighter than your taste and you can easily correct it, also simply because there are other clients who do not want the food to be salty for them. I am 100/. Vietnamese too, as a professional, I need to keep a good balance so that different people can enjoy with a bit of adjustment, moreover, even in the same family, people do not cook the same way. Then I’m sure I am not from your region, so maybe next time take the opportunity to share your point with the waitress then you can get what you want. The Internet does not help you more and we believe it s not cool to try to give a false image of an honest business, from the same country.

5.5/10Food is good but I found hair in my main. They took it back and re-do it for me but they were also challenging the hair was mine. Which was not the case. So my rate is low for two reasons: (1) dirty place (2) bad customer experience. However, it is also true my husband loved it!

10/10The pancakes we ordered were yummy and flavoursome , and felt healthy . The lovely decor very is tasteful and made us “travel to Vietnam “ for the time of our dinner . And kudos to the young Vietnamese waitress, whose enthusiasm for her job made our dinner a great experience !

9.5/10Nice authentic VN food. It was delicious. Just need to upgrade the coffee to genuine Vietnamese coffee!

5/10I went there with friend, the food was good as usual (i often order take out from there). However the service was horrible. It was a young boy first day, i have worked in restaurant so i understand that we can do some mistakes on first day but actually he just did not even care! He had his earphones on, was smoking when we arrived, we had to ask for everything (the sauce to accompany our nem which he did not gave us, the plate to eat our starter) the worst was that when he brought us Pho, he did not bring spoon and when we asked him he brought us the spoon but he was holding them on the part we use to eat! I understand that it can be a first day but a minimum effort should be done we actually did the job for him, if we did not give him our emply starter plate he would have leave it on the table! He just did not care and made the athmosphere a bit strange for us. We try to get his attention for the bill but we finally went inside to pay to avoid waiting too long. Inside the manager was yelling on the others employees. I will not come back as i don’t want to give my money to an establishment that does not care about his workers or clients even if the food is great.

2/10It was the worst restaurant we ever went to.. worst service he was yelling with the others in the kitchen he was running around like crazy and when he took the orders he seems to not even care when i was asking about the food since it was our first time there, i paid our food but 2 plates i send back without even touching it and they even talked infront of me about me not liking their food, i cook for a living and so does my partner who went with me there, we don’t want to criticize and we always try to find the good in everything but this was the first time for me to come home hungry after paying alot for the food that i didn’t even touched and apparently it was my fault because i didn’t like their food .. well that is true because been to vietnam and I’ve been to alot of vietnamese restaurant and never have i had this kind of problem .. Anyways never go to this restaurant ever again..s

5/10The vegetarian meal my mom ordered was literally a pile of rice with raw tofu (not even marinated or fried), had 0 cilantro (as mentioned in it's description) but all the more Seitan (not mentioned in the description, also she doesn't eat chicken so she wouldn't have mistakenly ordered that). The starters (spring rolls) came AFTER the mains, and tasted rotten in both our opinion. Apparently we weren't asked to pay for the latter but based on the Sumup receipt received by email, I have no detail of that even. This was really disappointing lunch.

4/10Despite the food was tasty, it was impossible to appreciate it because of the following. I found a hair in my plate and, despite my complaint, the plate was not replaced neither a discount was applied in the final bill as a sign of compensation for the incident. The waitress just informed me that he passed the complaint to the kitchen. And that was it. It is a pitty because the setting and the recipes created high expectations.

8/10Their menu is extremely interesting! It caught our attention right away. However the food was somehow heavy, with a lot of oil and fried ingredients, and the sauces are extremely sweet. So that removes the real Vietnamese taste.

Si vous commandez un plat frit ou grillé nous sommes obligés d utiliser l’huile mais sinon les autres plats sans huile ... ou précisez que vous souhaitez sans huiles et nous chercherons une autre manière de cuisson. Au niveau de sauce nous faisons un goût standard comme à Hanoi et chacun peut demander plus sucré ou plus acidique ... car chacun a ses propres habitudes .. moi personnellement je metterais plus de citron pour moi mais j ai eu des demandes de mettre moins acide ...J’espère que vous reveniez et demandez de parler a la cheffe de cuisine pour la commande .. je serai là pour prendre note et je vous prépare personnellement vos plats à vos goûts.
