It was our first time visiting this restaurant. We tried the chaat, kathi rolls, and uttapam. We really enjoyed the North Indian dishes, but the uttapam didn’t taste very authentic. Portion sizes were good overall. One thing that was a bit disappointing was the discount booking through The Fork. The app didn’t clearly mention that the discount was not applicable to all items. While this was mentioned during service, it wasn’t communicated very clearly. We’re used to seeing non-applicable items specifically highlighted in the Fork app while booking, so this was a little confusing.

5.5/10To everyone surprise, Booking via fork 50% promo was not applied. So had to re-negotiate and got 20% on the bill. Food was good.

2.5/10Firstly, the 50% off thing applies only to a certain part of menu which is disappointing. The dishes, the glasses were also not cleaned properly. The food tasted stale and the surrounding was unhygienic. We went there after reading good reviews and were highly disappointed. The food quality was sub standard. No surprise we were the only customers on a Sunday evening.

6/10Unfortunately, they did not apply the correctly the discount offer by the fork. They claimed that it was valued only on the big plate and the nut on the rest of the menu that the priced at full price. The food is good, but we don’t like to be cheated.

10/10Visited based on an Indian friend’s recommendation and it didn’t disappointed. Very friendly staff. Absolutely gorgeous Indian food. But not the standard UK Indian restaurant thankfully.

5/10The fritters and pani puris were tasty, but the experience was disappointing. We mentioned our Fork booking with a 30% discount upon arrival, yet were only told at payment it applied to large mains—this should’ve been clarified earlier. We came for dosa and uttapam but were told all 3 keys dishes were unavailable; dosas and uttapam weren’t available, only to see another table served next to us being served later. We were expected to eat our shared meal from tiny pani puri bowls and had to request proper plates, which should have been standard. Menus were sticky and stained, which was off-putting. While a few dishes delivered on flavor, the poor communication, and basic oversights made the visit frustrating. We left feeling disappointed and unlikely to return. A shame, as the concept has potential.

The food was quite good, and the service was friendly. I’d definitely go back for the food. However, the way they handled the discount felt a bit dishonest. When we made the booking, it was described as a “discount on the menu,” but when we got there, the waiter told us it only applied to the big plates. That wasn’t clear beforehand.
