The fritters and pani puris were tasty, but the experience was disappointing. We mentioned our Fork booking with a 30% discount upon arrival, yet were only told at payment it applied to large mains—this should’ve been clarified earlier. We came for dosa and uttapam but were told all 3 keys dishes were unavailable; dosas and uttapam weren’t available, only to see another table served next to us being served later. We were expected to eat our shared meal from tiny pani puri bowls and had to request proper plates, which should have been standard. Menus were sticky and stained, which was off-putting. While a few dishes delivered on flavor, the poor communication, and basic oversights made the visit frustrating. We left feeling disappointed and unlikely to return. A shame, as the concept has potential.

The food was quite good, and the service was friendly. I’d definitely go back for the food. However, the way they handled the discount felt a bit dishonest. When we made the booking, it was described as a “discount on the menu,” but when we got there, the waiter told us it only applied to the big plates. That wasn’t clear beforehand.
