The girl who served us didn’t crack a smile once, the way she handed us the plates and took them afterwards was very unpleasant and rude to say at least.

We liked the service and the meal, the piglet was really good and the little crockets. The rest of the starters we tried (kidney, liver, etc.) was okayish. All the deserts were delicious. Totally recommend!

I come here since I has a kid and is still a place I ask to visit even living abroad now! The good is still as it was, the recipes are the same and amazing. To complement the service is always great and all very attentive, even when they are full.

Food was really great to have once a year. There’s no way you can eat that decadent pork with it’s super crunchy skin and live to tell about it if eaten more then once. :) Service was efficient, not overly friendly nor too friendly. Just doing their job. The place is really nice decorated and ambience. Was really surprised to find something like this in the middle of nowhere on the side of the road.

Food was excellent , very authentic and very traditional. Setting was also amazing. The only little thing is there is no English menu and we had to use google translate and it is not the easiest thing to make sense of what is in menu.

Best leitão in Portugal. The elegant restaurant with small-town charm and friendly service will be a regular on our visits in the future. We've tried all the popular spots for leitão but this restaurant still wins.

My sister had recommended this restaurant so we knew it would be an excellent choice. The food was excellent, delicious, well presented both the main dishes and the desserts. The wine from the area was also very good and the staff very professional. The cleanliness everywhere including the bathrooms reassures you of the high standards that they have. We hope to return!
