I was there with my spouse but when we arrived we found that on the terrace there are no ventilators to make it cool in such hot weather. Then the chairs are in awful condition, there are holes in them and some times worse. Waiters (not all of them) but few, were a bit over their understanding of service.

Wait staff very responsive. We ordered pizza and pasta and wine and cappuccinos. Everything was good and we loved the view. The food court had fun options for afterwards.

The location was slightly challenging to find as it’s at the top floor of a seven story department store. Restaurant does overlook the side of the Duomo, however, was mostly covered in scaffolding. The restaurant was crowded and it was absolutely great that we had reservations. We had anticipated a menu option to sample the different mozzarella, but it was slightly different so take a closer look at menu in advance. Our waitress was phenomenal, despite how slammed she was. the drinks were overpriced and remember to account for the coperto. if you are taking the terrace tour of the Duomo, you can definitely skip this restaurant

Garbage, went for the view, which looking back was a mistake. Not only was the view obscure by hedges, it was the worst food we've had in the city, which is impressive in a city with generally not good food. The steak was somehow tough as leather, even though it was cooked medium rare. I would not recommend going to this place to eat. I would recommend a drink at most if you are already there for the (mediocre) view.

We made a reservation in advance and asked specifically to be inside, by the window. When we arrived even though inside was almost empty, the staff wouldn’t let us sit inside, we were on the balcony and the tables were so close it was almost like we shared the table with other people. The staff wasn’t attentive and they were annoyed by guests and tourists. Food was good but overall experience bad.

I made reservations here because of the view of the Duomo. I guess that was the only perk because service and food were just ok. I do recommend the Mozzarella Experience dish. That and the view was the best experience.
