We had no trouble finding the restaurant. The elevator took us right to the 7th floor. We wandered through the bottles of wine, expensive cheese and other accessories. When we approached the host stand no one was there. We waited about 3 minutes when the host approached and asked if we're had reservations. We stated that we died but she couldn't find us then started with a sign, I haven't approved you yet. She said it would be a minute. 5 minutes later she seated another party, talked with a guest looking for something, answered the phone. We waited another 5 minutes then we were seated. The server came over and asked if we'd like water. We stated we wanted drinks and water. He seemed distracted an need kept looking around. We had to tell him our drink order twice. He repeated it then left. 12 minutes went by before we got water. Overall good was decent, drinks expensive, ambiance fair, and view poor. Not worth the visit.

2/10Terrible experience. Reservations made and reconfirmed yet when we reached the bar, we were ignored. We waited very long for someone anyone to get us a table. Gave up and left.

8/10Obicà in Milano is worth a visit! The location right at the Duomo is fantastic, with an incredible view. Service was very good, and the food was good. If we come to Milano again, we will definitely visit again!

6/10Food delicious, our waitress was polite but she was overwhelmed, this restaurant at peak lunch hour needs more waiters. We waited eternally for every thing we ordered and the other customers were annoyed so it made the experience less enjoyable.

4.5/10I was there with my spouse but when we arrived we found that on the terrace there are no ventilators to make it cool in such hot weather. Then the chairs are in awful condition, there are holes in them and some times worse. Waiters (not all of them) but few, were a bit over their understanding of service.
