This restaurant is for people who take their food and their whimsy very seriously. The quality and taste of the food is of a very high standard. The portions and the ordering are not for the meek of heart. If you are looking for a great reason to talk with your dinner company about food in general and are willing to be experimental - this is your place. Again - very delicious. Just a very different experience than your standard restaurant meal.

Our experience was incredible with delicious flavors and an amazing service! Love the interior design! I highly recommend when in Lisbon/Lisboa! I would love to come back to enjoy the atmosphere, excellent service, exotic and yet traditional flavors and outstanding wine! Me and my husband indulge every minute of it! Outstanding!

Beautiful, innovative cooking! The brand out dish for me was the Veal and Marrow Tartare however, the other four dishes we had were equally delicious! The wine list is also very good with a large selection of excellent quality Portuguese wines. I would highly recommend Ofiicio!

Some of the dishes were amazing, for example all those related to fish course and the recommended dessert. The waiter was ball of energy, an entertainer. Still, he seemed to be very emotional, with visible mood swings. We appreciated the flexibility of the restaurant cooking a bigger piece of meat for the (still) hungry teenager!

Although I had a reservation and I arrived in time, I waited for more than half an hour that precedent guests leave a table. That's not what a reservation means to me. The room of the restaurant were packed, that's true, but they are hot and very noisy. The irrigation of the flowers outside started and soaked my shoes under the table. The explanation of the dishes on the menu and by the waiter were not understandable, I like to know more about what I am gonna eat. I like a young staff, but they move too much randomly, roles in the dining room need to be more defined. The food was good, well executed, balanced and interesting and at a very affordable price.

It was a perfect night for us again. After our first visit a couple of days ago, the staff welcomed us very kindly what made a more familiar ambience (if it is possible 🙂). We tried another line from the menu and that was also faultless and a wonderful gastro-experience. We wanted to close our Lisbon trip on the best way and it succeed! Thank you for the experience! We went to celebrate getting married and had a wonderful experience. The food was sublime and our waiter was outstanding. Made us feel incredibly welcome and provided excellent suggestions. Despite having many tables in the go; he made us feel like we were the only table in the room.

This is definitely one of the worst restaurants I’ve ever been to in my life. Pretentious, unpleasant, tasteless, tacky. I think the chef is trying to be creative, but the result is nothing more than a flat and flavorless mix. The portions are absurdly small, and the pacing of the service completely disrupts the flow of the experience. I’ve been to many places where the portions are small, but the flavors are so spectacular that your senses explode with pleasure. Unfortunately, that’s not the case here — good taste is nowhere to be found. The music was awful and played at an irritating volume. The waiter was somewhat friendly, but had terrible taste in his recommendations. I wouldn’t come back here even if you paid me. Just so you know, after spending over €100, I had to go somewhere else to have a real dinner. Ridiculous! If you see this place, run in the opposite direction.

The food was excellent, but the portions were extremely small - most of the dishes, aside from the final section, were essentially finger foods. We’re talking single-bite servings that you’re expected to share with others. As for the service… it left a lot to be desired. It took over an hour just to receive a bottle of wine, and there seemed to be quite a bit of confusion among the staff. Esmeralda was very kind and attentive, but overall it felt like they might have been short-staffed. Each dish took about 20 minutes to arrive, which dragged out the meal significantly. Just getting through the entrée and main course took nearly two hours, so we skipped sobremesa entirely.

Best meal in Lisbon. Great service as well. The only gripe was the air conditioner wasn’t up to snuff. It was quite warm and uncomfortable as we were trying to enjoy the meal.

We went to this restaurant on the recommendation of a trusted foodie. We enjoyed the ambiance and the food. We loved our server until she left us unattended for a long while after it was clear that we were done. I understand the difference in culture, but I think it’s important for a server to keep tabs on their tables. It was a good experience in every other regard.
