What a disappointment, we had high hopes, but it was a waste of money. The chef doesn't understand flavours, he cannot combine flavours, a chicken stock with about 50 % fat is not exceptible, combined with scampi ???? Another dish came with rabbit stock, again with a lot of fat. This was not fine dining. And the service didn't start before all the guests arrived, strange. Never again, this was a onetime experience, there are far better restaurants in Gandia for less money.
