Mmmm, Yummm, Mmmm, Yummm, that was our whole conversation during the beautifully presented courses throughout the evening with perfect wine pairings. The evening started with a friendly conversation with Chef Silva in his kitchen. A comfortable impeccably designed dining room made for a wonderful anniversary dinner. Every plate was melt in your mouth delicious! Thank you to the wonderful Chef Silva and staff!

It’s better than the average 1 Michelin star in Paris. The meals are well constructed and cohesive. A relatively new restaurant at only 2 years old, but the staff are clearly more experienced. It avoids some of the flare of other high ranking restaurants, but seems the better for it. A great stop mid week where a quiet dinner is complemented by friendly service. If I had to be extremely critical they probably lose out to the 2-3 star restaurants in the shear complexity of the dishes, and the finer details in the preparation of the difficult dishes. That said, it was the perfect stop for us with a last minute booking on Fork.

Absolutely wonderful dinner. We celebrated our anniversary and they gave a small additional dessert. I honestly feel one star does not do Onor any justice. The chef came and checked in on us multiple times.
