None of the staff (4 of them) speak a single word of English (nor Spanish, nor Russian, in case that could've helped) it's impossible to communicate with the staff if you are not French (which can be a possibility in Paris, most visited city in the world). When the food finally came out, out of 4 pizzas, 3 had black crust, it was literally burned completely. We noticed this while they were preparing them, because suddenly the place was filled by the smoke, but I thought, maybe some traditional Italian way of preparing pizza, who am I to judge? Obviously, it was just badly prepared, to the level that you couldn't eat it. Exactly the same thing happened to another guest, because he was striping off burned parts from his bread for 10mins straight. I tried explaining to the staff members that this really isn't okay, and she did ask us to pick anything from the menu for free, to calm the situation, even that was a struggle because again - not a word of English. Really do not recommend this
