10/10Outstanding dining experience that sits at the very top of our list, we ordered the vegetarian menu with wine pairing and each dish was perfect, the apple ice cream with pine nuts crumble was a memorable finale. The young team is passionate, warm and very attentive. The location (in spite of the cold day!) is exquisite, and we loved the set up, with a kitchen in full view, We highly recommend Organika and would not hesitate to book it again. Well done to the team!

10/10Organika is on the outskirt of Cortona down this small road that leads to a beautiful house and garden. I have been twice, and both times were exceptional. Once inside as it was raining, the second time outside in the garden overlooking the Tuscan countryside. The food is prepared by talented chefs, that understand the art of flavor, aroma and food pairing. The team are all fabulous, gracious and exceptional hospitality. They are not Michelin but they should be. I will say I visited them before they become world renounced. Lovely and highly recommend to anyone that truly appreciates an upscale dining experience.

10/10This was a wonderful discovery! The restaurant sits in a beautiful setting with an incredible view. The food was creative, exciting, and very delicious! The staff was so warm and friendly. It was clear this was a place people go to vote and over again because they have such an incredible experience every time! We will go back ourselves!

10/10This restaurant had been recommended to us by a Cortona local and we are very glad we tried it. The dining room is small and intimate, with a lovely atmosphere and the service was really friendly and attentive. The food was inventive and interesting, but importantly tasted fantastic too - very talented young chefs in the kitchen. We will be back - looking forward to eating on their outside terrace in the summer.

10/10Beautiful and amazing staff, food, and ambiance! We actually can’t believe this restaurant isn’t a Michelin Star restaurant—it was better than some Michelin restaurants we’ve been to in other parts of the world! From start to finish, the service was impeccable, and one of the most memorable nights for us in Cortona! We would have given it a higher rating than 10 if it was possible!! 10/10If you are looking for an innovative up-and-coming Michelin 1 star+ quality experience, I can assure you that you won’t be disappointed! Amazing surprise 5 or 10 course tasting menu (we had the 10!) awaits you changing each week based on local ingredients. Presentation is fantastic and highly creative. Uses local Tuscan ingredients but not in the traditional dish style like in 95% restaurant. We said “wow” many times and then added more descriptors of excitement and satisfaction to express our course by course dining experience extraordinaire. Small restaurant do reservations required.

10/10If you are looking for a unique dining experience unlike all of the fabulous but traditional italian restaurants in Cortona you have to try Organika. We had the five course tasting menu. From the first course to the last we were treated to a visual and delectable assortment of foods paired with nice wines. We enjoyed it so much we made a follow up reservation before we left the restaurant

10/10An absolute gem of a restaurant. Brilliantly prepared food, superb service, well curated wine pairing, a tranquil space with a beautiful view. This is inventive food based on well sourced ingredients but with roots noticeably in Tuscan tradition. The menu changes weekly based on seasonal ingredients. The only negative is that eventually the meal and experience has to end. If you are in Cortona and want a special experience, book Organika.

10/10I read about this restaurant on line and it’s sounded special. We were not disappointed. The food is not your grandmas Italian pasta…there’s plenty of that in cortona and the surrounding Tuscany. It is a meal that is inspired by grandma…it fact old photographs are enlarged on the walls of what was once her house and where she would entertain 100 plus members of her community. The food is elegantly presented and incredibly delicious. It’s a nice walk just beyond the city walls but very close by. Definitely go.

10/10Was a lovely place with beautiful views. The food was a journey of flavors and textures. We really enjoyed everything there including the drinks. Highly recommended if you have not tried a 10 course meal.

10/10An absolute pleasure dining in this beautiful setting and excellent food and service. 4 of us had dinner in the table on the terrace with magical views . We opted for the tasting menu which was without a doubt a superb choice. Lots of tasty dishes just the right size and very well presented. The ladies that looked after us were so kind and attentive providing an excellent service. This place is not anything like the restaurants in Cortona which are generally good but all offer similar menu. Organika is a place where food is delicately made and well thought out in a magical setting and excellent value. We will for sure return as it ticked all the boxes. Thank you Organika and keep up the good work , special thanks to the young talented chef that creates such tasty dishes with all the local ingredients many just from their own garden.

10/10The restaurant was perfect. Of course they were happy to see tourists gradually coming back to Cortona and the Organika restaurant. The chef did his utmost to prepare a wonderful dinner. It was very good ; service was perfect. Nice setting on the hillside at short distance from the center.
