The view watching the sunset is memorable and the personal friendly and professional. We were sceptical about eating a five-course meal as it seemed too much, but it was balanced and tasty. We left satisfied without feeling heavy. In conclusion, the fixed price seemed like a bargain for the quality and service offered. We highly recommend.

We had a memorable experience. We dined outside, with a remarkable view of the sun setting over the Tuscan countryside. We had the full tasting menu with a wine pairing and the service was impeccable. The food was delicious, starting with the homemade olive oil and freshly baked breads and crackers. I highly recommend this restaurant for a special occasion.

Our trip to Cortona started with the most Memorable dinning experience we had all weekend. Organika (Francisco and his team) delivered 10/10 on all aspects. from when we arrived after a delightful sunset stroll down the hill from the town Centre. We were greeted immediately and taken to our outside table and our experience began. some light cocktails and delicious breads and oils followed by 4 excellent dishes with paired wines to match generous servings made it more special as sometimes wine pairing can leave you wanting a few sips more. the ambience was just what we expected, a large table next to us seemed to be having an equally amazing evening, We overheard one lady say that it was the best meal of her life and how could Tuscany do better. at the end of the evening Francisco came to ask our feedback and we couldn't praise his dedication and teams efforts throughout the evening any more .Well done I cant wait for my next trip to Cortona and to dine again in Organika.

Outstanding dining experience that sits at the very top of our list, we ordered the vegetarian menu with wine pairing and each dish was perfect, the apple ice cream with pine nuts crumble was a memorable finale. The young team is passionate, warm and very attentive. The location (in spite of the cold day!) is exquisite, and we loved the set up, with a kitchen in full view, We highly recommend Organika and would not hesitate to book it again. Well done to the team!

Organika is on the outskirt of Cortona down this small road that leads to a beautiful house and garden. I have been twice, and both times were exceptional. Once inside as it was raining, the second time outside in the garden overlooking the Tuscan countryside. The food is prepared by talented chefs, that understand the art of flavor, aroma and food pairing. The team are all fabulous, gracious and exceptional hospitality. They are not Michelin but they should be. I will say I visited them before they become world renounced. Lovely and highly recommend to anyone that truly appreciates an upscale dining experience.

This was a wonderful discovery! The restaurant sits in a beautiful setting with an incredible view. The food was creative, exciting, and very delicious! The staff was so warm and friendly. It was clear this was a place people go to vote and over again because they have such an incredible experience every time! We will go back ourselves!

This restaurant had been recommended to us by a Cortona local and we are very glad we tried it. The dining room is small and intimate, with a lovely atmosphere and the service was really friendly and attentive. The food was inventive and interesting, but importantly tasted fantastic too - very talented young chefs in the kitchen. We will be back - looking forward to eating on their outside terrace in the summer.
