Our party of 4 ate at Oro last night and would highly recommend it. Food was terrific (taste and presentation), as was the service and ambiance.

The food here was really good. We both had the excellent prawn tartare with stracciatella. My main course was the pork with mushrooms which was the tenderest pork I think I've ever had and my wife had the veal cheek which was also delicious - a little more puree potato would have improved the dish. We shared the budino which was also excellent. The service was kinds and helpful but it wasn't very relaxed. Staff kept peering over to check we'd finished. Also a bit more of a break before the main course would have been better. First visit here. We will be back.

Very enjoyable experience! Great service and ambience! The apple pie and fruit dessert was outstanding. Thr TBone tomahawk steak and the duck was delicious.

From the friendly welcome as we arrived to the presentation of each course, the front of house staff were wonderful. Each course was beautifully presented and the flavours were amazing. Thank you for a fantastic experience.

The food was not quite what we were expecting. The flavors were a bit bland compared to other restaurants we tried in this region.

A feast of sun-soaked flavors, perfectly paired wines, and warm, graceful service. My partner and I both enjoyed the tasting menu, which unfolded like a love letter to the region—each course a harmony of Tuscan tradition and refined execution. The wine pairings complemented each course beautifully, enhancing the entire meal. The outdoor seating area set the stage for a perfectly romantic evening, and the service was nothing short of impeccable. We returned the very next night to experience it all again!

Wonderful meal sitting in a shaded outside terrace. Service was great and we fully enjoyed our Florentine Steak with a local bottle of wine.

Very nice restaurant. The staff is very friendly. They not very busy so the staff did hover a bit too much. Menu was very limited, with the repeating of 5-6 items over and over again in appetizer first course and second course. We ordered a risotto dish and a pasta dish. Both were quite undercooked. I understand this is Italy, but al dente was taken a little too far.

This is one of those must-go restaurants in the Terricciola commune in Tuscany. This dinner was the peak of our trip as far as food goes. The owner/manager was incredibly hospitable and gracious as he welcomed us to his place and told us of some background to the area. Everything on the menu we tried was spectacular. We started with a cheese plate, marmalade, and bread, which was great. The sirloin was perfectly cooked and tender, the potato ravioli (cappellaccio) was outstanding, the risotto was nice, and the salmon was delicious. Paired with a local wine, it was a perfect dinner. Capped with a variety of dolces (to include nutella cheesecake and limoncello) We did not do the tastings menu (other reviewers raved about these). The service was great and timely (as Americans, we preferred our food to come out all at the same time). All for $44 USD per person....what a great value!

The person in hall was very friendly and careable. He always asked us if we needed anything at the best timing. The food was great and inique!

What a fabulous dinner we had. There is a lot of choice of restaurants in this area (and we eat out a lot)but this was amongst the best food we’ve had. Added to this amazing service and a great wine selection- many thanks, particularly to Stefano who looked after us superbly and emailed me after I foolishly left my credit card on the table when we left.
