8.5/10Elm is amazing, nice old building with high ceilings and good music. Food arrived fast and all was correct, waiter was pleasant. It’s 4/5, and these are minor but improvements: - bread basket arrived with cold starters it was hard to eat, we asked it to be heated and it was much better that way - talking of starters, cold out of the fridge. It’s understandable, but burrata had to wait for 5 minutes to warm up on our table - mains were fantastic, also deer could’ve been less chewy - coffee and chocolate mouse were delicious, also mouse fridge cold and coffee a couple minutes after being prepared so rather warm Hope these serve as useful improvement! Would be great to be back again, thank you Elm team!

10/10Wow! Wonderful food. Great service! I came alone on a Saturday for a late lunch and was treated so well. Sometimes as a table for 1 they act odd to me and I was here on work so was that, alone. I felt so welcome. My waitress was so sweet. Even charged my phone for me. I let her select my tapas and cava and the food was exquisite! I also loved walking around this area of Barcelona that I had not been to yet!

10/10Wow. The place was very hospitable and accommodating. We took all their recommendations. The wine list was perfect with lots of options. We eat every starter taps and few main dishes on the menu. A group of 6 Canadians travelling thru Spain, we have some good meals but this one was on the top of the list. Great job everyone.

6.5/10The quality of the food was disappointing. My sashimi contain salted salmon instead of fresh one. This is unacceptable. The deer tar tar was very strange, couldn’t eat it.

10/10We visit Orvay every year when we come to Barcelona. It’s our favourite place. This year we tried most of the small plate staters which we ordered more of as they were so delicious. Such a great place. The wine is also amazing

10/10I almost don't want to recommend this place so that I can keep it quiet about how truly amazing this place is! I have been to Orvay more than 10 times and they have never disappointed, either in food quality or service. I can't believe this place is not on more lists of top restaurants in Barcelona, it is perfect for the price

9.5/10A very good modern bistro - if allowed to say so in Spain. Excellent high quality appetizers and mains. Freshly made and at a high technical level. Good selection of wines by glass at fair price. Highly recommended - we were there at lunchtime, but would not hesitate going in the evening. Gracias.

8.5/10Did not offer the Chefs selection which is what we wanted. Instead had 4 items of which two where slightly above good and two where really good. Wine was good. Service was good but did not like her holding credit card machine directly at me and asking if she can manually add a tip. Would like the option to do that myself and not while being watched. I would recommend this place to eat because nice atmosphere and maybe we just chose two things that are OK.

9.5/10The food at Orvay never disappoints! I’ve been here plenty of times over the last few years and the quality of the food is amazing, offering more luxurious tapas but for a really affordable price. Definitely recommend going here if you’re in Barcelona.

10/10We had 4 delicious dishes to share for the 2 of us and had enough. All very tasteful. Very nice wines too! We enjoyed our dinner and the service very much. Slow paced, which we liked.

6.5/10The restaurant was a nice place to sit and have a meal in this area. The starter of oysters were ok but a bit disappointing considering the reviews. Overrated based on food quality versus online reviews. Server/bartender was a nice guy but he seemed tired or jaded from our interaction.

10/10Quite innovative and interesting mix of flavours from chef …we had sashmi which had a caramel tinge sauce, lamb with a touch of pistachio ice cream! Definitely stimulates taste buds but may not be for all. I give 10/10!

10/10We shared several tapas and they were all amazing!! Especially loved the cheese flowers flowers, artichokes and the chocolate coulant. Everything arrived fast but not at the same time which gave us time to enjoy each little creation.
