OMG! The food was delicious! Each item was totally off the charts and although we were full, we wanted even more. Each member of the staff took the time to explain each food we were interested in and followed up to make sure we were satisfied with our choices (Which we were!) Special shout out to Josephina who was a delight to talk with and made our visit even more special.

Easily one of the best of many places we have eaten in Barcelona over the years. Well-prepared, imaginative and wonderfully tasty dishes. A great buzz. Excellent options, including a good selection by the glass. Reasonably-priced. One to return to, in a city full of great restaurants.

Everytime I think I’ve found my favourite restaurant Barcelona surprises me, and this time it was Orvay, they have exceeded all the expectations, the food was really amazing! 😻 we’ve tried the bikini, steak tartar, octopus, beef cheek, french toast. Mamma !!! 🥰 I was going to kiss the hands of the chefs 🙏🏻🧿 Chef, congratulations and respect 🫡

The waiter suggested the pork cheek appetizer, and it was outstanding. The ceviche was unlike South American ceviche I was used to, it had passionfruit and was sensational. And the Cava sangria was a perfect compliment. Fantastic meal and service.

Our visit to Orvay was one of the best meals/evenings during our week stay in Barcelona. Our server was exceptional, she paid attention to individual preferences and made great recommendations -- including that we may be ordering too much. Great advice as it allowed us to leave room for dessert. The food was, without exception, exemplary. The macron appetizer with mushroom/truffle essence (if I recall the description correctly) was one of the best bites I've ever had. There was not a single misstep among the dishes. Each was a delight and a surprise. Orvay is a must visit.

The food was less good than last time I was there 1 year ago. Too salty. And I was surprised the toilet/ bathroom was dirty and stinky. I don't think I would come back or recommend it to a friend.
