a fantastic meal, rich in variety, quality and freshness. taken onto a journey with the chef. 22 dishes is a lot to go through, portions are perfect to be able to enjoy the whole meal from start to end. not necessarily fancy in the presentation and the originality of the dish, it is about preparation and quality of the raw product.

Subliminal taste and wise interpretations on regional and local cuisine done to perfection. Loved how tastes carried an almost home-like sensations while delivering haute cuisine notes. Service was impeccable in this gem of a restaurant. One feels homey, welcome and relaxed. Wine list is truly outstanding.

The food and service was exceptional as were the wines, we drank by the glass and tried 3 reds that were recommended, all just excellent! The service was beyond wonderful. We loved all the staff and were happy to meet the head chef. Everyone in the kitchen were so warm and welcoming, Did they ever work hard! We chose the full menu, we felt it was too much food. Would recommend the smaller one. I was worried we would miss out on something but I was wrong, My one and only complaint is I wish the dining room had more ambience, the upstairs room where the wine celllar and meat storage room are a must see, lovely ambience, I wish it was translated to the downstairs main dining area. We truly enjoyed the experience. The restaurant is in a lovely house and is very charming but for some reason the dining room lacked some charm. Every bite and drink were a taste delight! Bravo!
