One of the most amazing culinary experience of my life. A wonderful journey in the vegetal world. The food is not vegan (we had fish and meat), but each dish is inspired by - and seasoned with - flowers. The chefs know a whole deal about plants and flowers and are keen to give explanations before each dish.

An unexpected and unique experience from two talented chefs brought us to one of the most engaging food experience so far. Flavors and flowers combine a refined taste and intimist ambience. A must go if you are by chance in Madrid.
