3/10We arrives earlier because it takes a lot of time to find the restaurants in Venice… everybody gets lost. The owner rushed to refuse to respect the discount. After explaining why we were early, health issues, new hip and afraid of falling in the rain, plus that we did not see the issue because only one couple present, he finally accepted. We were sitting in the window and I made signs three different times to couples that it was very good, just to show the owner I was glad he accepted my discount. However when the bill came, he had only two amounts to add, the food and the wine, one at 28 and one at 16,80…. Not hard, well sure enough he made an error to HIS advantage…. We did not see it on the spot, we were talking to his served when he handed us the credit machine. It’s only when we were back at the hotel that we noticed his error… We told him we were celebrating our 50th anniversary. Thanks for your appreciation of me having some people come in, Sir… you made our night.

3.5/10Very slow service. Carpaccio was wet and did not taste at all...probably frozen meat. Mixed salad was very bad compated for other places...lots of stuff, but very Basic. Fried vegetables were burned...could not eat. Tuna was from ice, not fresh. 50% discount, but still not worth the money...never again.

6.5/10Food was average in taste amongst 10 different restaurants we tried on our trip. Hot despite air conditioning. One of the servers was wiping their foreheads and serving at the same time. Another threw out the “extra” bread from a bread basket with no gloves or utensils prior to serving a table of 2. Poor hygiene.

10/10This Restaurant was definitely a great find here in Venice. It was a 12 minute walk from my Hotel. Prices are definitely reasonable for the area. I had the spaghetti with Seaford and my wife had the Lasagna. The Spaghetti was delicious! My wife's said her Lasagna tasted good as well. I felt it was a little small of a portion but she thought it was fine. I would definitely recommend this restaurant and will go back again!

2/10Horrible experience in Venice, they try to take your money with basic tricks, don’t trust their discount of the fork! Here a list of things they did: - they double charged the service fee (in Italy is usually a couple of euros for them it was the 12% of the total spent) - we ordered a chicken with mushrooms (16 euros), they didn’t have the mushrooms and they gave us basic chicken that you can do at home with 0.5 euros. They still charged us full price. - we paid 4 euros a bottle of tap water Quality of the food was also very bad: baked potatoes were cold and the vegetables were not fresh. So we paid more than 50 euros even if there was a “discount” just for a piece of chicken and some vegetables. Embarrassing!

10/10Recommended by our Gondolier, and it didn’t disappoint!! Very nice place that had delicious food and great service!!! Made my reservation on The Fork! Second time I’ve used it and I’m glad I did. It started getting busy with alot of locals, and that’s always a great sign!

2/10The guy who welcomed us was really friendly but the food was very poor and when our waiters asked us how it was they weren't interested and just walked away. Everyone else got free drinks and we just got the bill! I don't think that they want the Fork bookings. What a rubbish Friday night in Venice. Avoid this place as there are loads of other options and we had two great meals both nights leading up to this.

2/10From start to finish this was a very disappointing experience. My wife is coeliac (needs gluten free food) and whilst the restaurant indeed has 2 types of gluten free pasta the service couldn’t have been less interested or helpful if they’d tried. The daily special was recommended (I should have asked the cost but assumed it was roughly the same as other main courses which it wasn’t it was much more expensive). The prawns were rubbery and the dish lack seasoning to such an extent that I left it. Perhaps it is me who doesn’t understand Italian cuisine but (perhaps arrogantly) I really don’t think so. We’ve had lovely food elsewhere in Venice.
