The staff really made the experience for us . They were very friendly and appeared to genuinely want to give us a great experience . The food was delicious and the open kitchen showed all food was freshly cooked . We will definitely recommend to anyone we know who is planning to visit Venezia to put this restaurant on their “to do” list

This is a very lively restaurant overlooking a canal. We had three styles of scallop followed by lobster tagliolini. Both were delicious and the service was impeccable.

Ambience of the restaurant was lovely felt like old venice, the owner was very attentive and welcomming we even had a free welcome drink. The food and service we received was excellent. We enjoyed every moment of our first night in venice. Thank you.

We've been to this restaurant two times and both were very enjoyable. The food was very delicious and the staff were very attendant and friendly. The atmosphere is also very cosy. And the discount from thefork.com is a bonus!

Front of house was good .food was disappointing. Had scallops three ways plain was ok but no colour on surface so didn't look great the scallops wrapped in bacon fat was the same which gave it a too floppy texture and the coquille st jaque was rubbish. My mason course steak sliced with mushrooms the steak was very rare when I asked for medium rare and quite chewy.my red wine didn't arrive before my steak and I had to ask again for it.

the staff were very friendly and attentive, the food was marvellous and reasonably priced, obviously a popular place as it filled up rapidly while we were there, it isn't in the more crowded torurist area which made it more pleaseant as it wasn't too crowded

We booked a table as it was Saturday evening and its a good job we did as it was very busy, walk-ins being turned away. The staff were delightful, just attentive enough and very friendly. The food was excellent, the guanciale in the spaghetti carbonara incredibly tasty. Thoroughly recommend this restaurant, but do book to avoid disappointment.

We had a wonderful experience at this guesthouse in Venice. The food was absolutely delicious, the service was flawless, and the atmosphere was charming and relaxing. Everything was very clean and well-maintained. Highly recommended!

Disappointing meal in a drab setting. We were surprised as this was ranked as one of the top 50 Venice eateries by the fork - it certainly wasn’t.

Very friendly waiter who took time and spoke with us . Steak was very good and pasta al mare had lots of fresh shell fish I thought the pasta was too al dente but otherwise a v good fish House wine was v good

The waiter was great! The room was attractive and quiet. We had the nero pasta. the best we've had, period. We had the seabass ravioli with cherry tomatoes and buratta. It didnt work very well. the fritura was good, but a little flat and the grigliatti was killer. Yes we had a bottle of very good red wine and the bill after discount was only 180€. It was worth the money. It was the best meal we've had in this trip.

We had a delicious meal here. The restaurant is comfortable and convivial, staff welcoming and attentive, service rapid and efficient, with a good choice on the menu particularly for those who like seafood. Highly recommended.

Everything was perfect. The online reservation worked. The head waiter knew who I was when I entered the restaurant. He recommended the sea bass. When it arrived, it was good and the crunchy vegetables even better!
