10/10Each dish was amazing. You are required to select at least two courses. I had salad with vegetables in aspic. Delicious!! Followed by grilled lamb. Again delicious. We sat outside. Probably the best meal in Italy so far. Amazing.

9.5/10We booked a table for lunch here as the restaurant is in the Guide Michelin and close to the historic centre. We were the only people there for most of the time, but another couple arrived after a while. The staff were very friendly and had menus in English. The amuse bouche were delicious, as was the bread. Our two courses were beautifully presented and very tasty, as were the petit fours we were given at the end of the meal. We had two glasses of wine chosen by the waiter and both were lovely. We thoroughly enjoyed our meal and would highly recommend this restaurant.

6.5/10The service was excellent. The food was not very good. We did a tasting menu and I (and others at the table) thought that it was poorly done. The food combinations of the various plates seemed to be poorly planned. The wine recommendations were excellent. All in all, good service, good wine, poor food.

6/10My family and I were very excited to try Osteria dei Vespri. The restaurant was recommended from a dear friend of mine that lives in Palermo. The food presentation was lovely. A beautiful restaurant in a wonderful little plaza. The restaurant quiet and clean, and the host and the restaurant were very kind and lovely to my son. Unfortunately the elephant in the room was the taste of the food. Overpowering flavors like red peppercorn on several dishes. The lack of salt and umami and every dish. Extremely overpriced for a small Osteria. I wish the food was a lot better. I would’ve definitely came back for the ambience.

10/10Everything, from the moment we were welcomed, through to the end of our visit was perfection. The service people were knowledgeable and respectful and professional yet warm and welcoming. The food was superb. My friend and I shared the Sea Tasting Menu and the Vegetarian Tasting menu and both felt we had picked the best! The sommelier recommended a beautiful wine within our price point that paired beautifully with each course, including the dessert. Noi siammo molto contento with our experience at Osterio dei Vespri. 5.5/10Excellent location and very nice service. However, they several times did not manage to bring my wine pairing before serving the dish. The food quality is good but not excellent. Cannot recommend the tuna. Was overcooked. Wine paring for this dish was good though. Would recommend to go there for ambience - not food quality.

10/10Was a great place off the beaten path. Loved the associated wine bar next door. A little expensive especially given the neighbouring restaurant options. Strongly recommend the Terra tasting menu over the Mare menu.

9/10Excellent service. Fabulous sommelier service provided by Cecilia, which really made our night special. She really married very well different wines to the various plates we had including finding a nice red for one of the (Fish menu) courses. The food in general was good, but not in my opinion of such a level as to demand the prices charged. It was expensive. With improvements to the food, I’d happily go back for the excellent service.

This great restaurant is located in a nice piazza and offers indoor and outdoor dining. The service is excellent, the sommelier knowledgeable and the food delicious, served at good temperature and properly paced. The staff accommodating and makes you feel at home. I recommend this restaurant to anybody no matter the occasion!.

5/10Disaster, unfortunately sudden rain meant everybody had to move inside from the well prepared terrace. There were no exterior options in place for sudden bad weather so eventually the staff had to move everybody inside with no plan for this possibility which resulted in complete chaos for existing orders and table placements and numbers. This resulted in absolute chaos and misplaced food and drinks orders. The staff continued to blame the weather rather than their complete lack of planning and implementation. We were so looking forward to this meal which became a disaster!

We where very disappointed at this restaurant. The pasta was still hard, I had three very heavy dishes (two of them pasta) in a row and the next dish bread was so hard it was not even eatable, and a big bone in the fish ball. The waiter served us the wrong food twice and I’m very allergic to corn. You can see that they have ambitions but they really need to take a BIG step up! I was so sad that we paid 3000SEK for this dinner. Not worth it at all!

4.5/10We booked this restaurant for our last night in Italy. I love eating out but have to be careful as I have a nut allergy - we alerted the restaurant to this on booking and specifically asked for food with no nut ingredients. On arrival we ordered and also highlighted the nut allergy. We there then bought the ‘chef’s intro’ and - because one of them looked nutty - questioned them again only to find out it had almonds in. We then spoke to them again about this and they assured us of no further problems but it unnerved me and ruined the whole experience.
