Ambiance was good but the welcome cold and the service just fine . Wine suggestion was excellent but food mediocre . Portions with no reason very small - and my lamb was not tender . The whole experience rather disappointing . Could be better .

Each dish was amazing. You are required to select at least two courses. I had salad with vegetables in aspic. Delicious!! Followed by grilled lamb. Again delicious. We sat outside. Probably the best meal in Italy so far. Amazing.

We booked a table for lunch here as the restaurant is in the Guide Michelin and close to the historic centre. We were the only people there for most of the time, but another couple arrived after a while. The staff were very friendly and had menus in English. The amuse bouche were delicious, as was the bread. Our two courses were beautifully presented and very tasty, as were the petit fours we were given at the end of the meal. We had two glasses of wine chosen by the waiter and both were lovely. We thoroughly enjoyed our meal and would highly recommend this restaurant.

The food was awful, very fussy and priced like a Michelin star restaurant in NYC. Maybe, we just ordered on a bad night for the chef. The restaurant ambience was delightful and staff were efficient and nice.
