7.5/10Whilst the staff were excellent and the food good. It did seem the chef was trying too hard on presentation rather than flavour. Also the restaurant was far too bright and had no atmosphere. Even as a bib gourmand, it was still €150 for 2 with a lower priced (but delicious) wine.

6/10If you're not Italian, you are stuck in the back room. The service was great, but the dishes were hot and miss. Some dishes were over thought or poorly executed.

6/10Asparagus flan and la torta frita are to die for.. after that everything was terrible. Sorry ... I never leave bad reviews but this was a huge disappointment. Not woth michelin guide rating

Good morning, thank you for your review, whether positive or negative. We didn't understand why you said we don't deserve to be in the Michelin guide. we would have appreciated more if things were told to us directly at the restaurant as she had been asked if everything was fine (and she replied everything was perfect).

9/10This excellent restaurant offers stellar food in a lovely, yet simple environment with good service. Loved the asparagus soufflé and pasta en brodo. Chocolate Madeline dessert was out of this world.

9/10Second time at the Osteria 36. Great food still. The menu card was the same as last time; mostly classic Emilia Romagna, but also inventive and with combinations you see only here at the Osteria. Produce was top quality and platings are beautiful. Prices are ridiculously low.

3.5/10We ordered a bottle of Egly Ouriet and it was great. We went for a second one, but this time the bottle was compromised. We tasted and it was not drinkable. We informed the waitress, but she said the champagne was fine and she refused to change the bottle. That was a huge disapointment, we asked for the bill and left, never to come back again.

9.5/10We had a great dinner : the food was Italian with a touch? the staff was helpful, available and pleasant, they know how to advice for the wine. We will come back next time in Bologna.

9.5/10Excellent! The food was sublime and every forkful a delight! The young lady seeing to us really knew her stuff even with the wines. Just a small suggestion (from our group) is to cushion the chairs as without, they tend to be a little uncomfortable. But, other than that, I would recommend Osteria del 36 again and again.

10/10Very welcoming people The food exquisite We had the Tortelli d Erbetta typical plate of Parma, the best I have ever had and the Malfatti al Ragu d Anatra ,superrrrr! Their torte fritte and prosciutto plates very tasty ,very easy going Of course the chef is michelined so many times!!!! Bravo We ll come again the soonest

4/10Really starting to question how this is Michelin recommended but grant restaurants with amazing food are not. This is a dingy little restaurant. Opens at 8:00 pm. Menus not in English, staff not able to communicate dishes. Pork was really fatty, sausage in pasta was not great. It was just an avg little dump with good homemade food. Nothing to write home about.

10/10This restaurant was a really good find! The service of course was great, and the food is outstanding! Something that we never tasted before. Especially the soup with the dough pockets full of meat. Highly recommended! P. S. The parking was a little bit tricky. You could be in ZTL zone 2 between 11:00 and 16:00 but the parking is allowed only for one hour, so after one hour we needed to go and renew the parking ticket ????

7.5/10Food was good, but presentation was not what I expect from a Michelin noted restaurant. I was particularly disappointed that an Oesteria with such an extensive wine list did not have any suggested pairings of glasses of wine with their tasty dishes. There was no warmth to the service. We will not return nor recommend to others

6/10The experience at Osteria del 36 was good, but not spectacular. The food was well-prepared and a good example of the region, but nothing made me sit back and think about the experience. The wait staff was competent and perfectly pleasant. The room was homey and in the tradition of a good neighborhood osteria.

9/10Delicios and innovative dishes. Obvious great local, quality produce. Surprisingly large winelist with local and mostly Italian wine. Would have appriciated more wines by the glass to choose from. Long waiting time from ordering to eating this evening. Worth visiting, absolutely.

10/10From the outside, this restaurant does not look like anything special, but that was deceiving and the place turned out to be really a level (or two) above your average fare. Our dishes were truly excellent - e.g., tortelloni that seemed to be light as air and a pear tart that was truly the best I ever had. Great wine selection, service was cordial and professional, and we really enjoyed the relaxed atmosphere. A very pleasant surprise.
