6/10The food was good, but the service left much to be desired. The waitstaff seemed inattentive and disengaged, which negatively affected the overall experience. At full price, it doesn’t feel worth the money. However, it’s a decent option if you have a discount through The Fork.

8/10They seated us in the aisle, although there were better seats. Apparently, those who came with a discount from Fork were given only such seats. At first, there was no discount on the bill, I had to remind them. The waiter was not very friendly. Part of the wine list is missing.

The food was simply delicious, interior well designed and the staff very professional. Portions could be a bit bigger as you’d definitely want to eat as much as you can of that pasta.

We arrived at 7:50, asked for a carbonara and the chef's pick of Florence steak. The carbonara arrived at 8:50 and it was very good, up until we requested the staff was very pleasant. Afterwards everything turned south. The steak took around another hour or so to come and it came so well done to the point it was burnt in some areas. It wasn't enjoyable at all and although after complaining to the staff they asked if we wanted another one it simply shouldn't even have come to the table and a steak shouldn't take over an hour to be served. We would have accepted but at this point we were in the restaurant for over 2h and possibly waiting another one was out of the question. The service continued to fail as we had to wait yet again to pay and leave.

The meat Fiorentina steak was bad the pasta was good but the main plate cost €99 a kilo and it wasn’t good I ordered 1.5kg medium and 2 pasta plate . Not recommended that place the manager fight with the workers and full disrespecting . Entry plate was good.

Could you please explain what you meant by "fight with the workers"? We strive to maintain a respectful and professional environment for both our staff and customers, and we take such concerns seriously. Regarding the situation you mentioned, I am aware of the incident you are referring to. I, as the manager, was at the cash register handling some operations when a misunderstanding occurred between two of our waitstaff regarding the conversion between pounds and kilograms. It was a simple miscommunication, and there was no argument or disrespect involved. We kindly ask that reviews reflect the actual events, as we work hard to provide the best service and experience to all of our guests. 10/10Decided to go after a concert nearby. It’s a lovely place, our waiters were so nice, helpful and the food was delicious. We live in Florence but this was our first visit. We will be regulars. Grazie

9.5/10What an enjoyable meal. Our meal was served piping hot a nice proportion and made with fresh ingredients. Our waiter was extremely accommodating as we changed our reservation on short notice. Will frequent again when we return in the future.

10/10The food was yummy, pasta was al dente with rich sauces. Indeed, the hospitality from the waiter ( I didn’t ask for his name, should be the tallest and slimiest one with sharp hairstyles) was impeccable. His attention and help completes the entire dinner into a pleasant one. Really appreciated for his service! Big thanks to him and wish him to receive an award from the restaurant for his excellence!

Beautiful Bistecca! We ordered the chips with truffles as well as Cinghale and pasta. Wonderful! We had very attentive service for our family group of 7. Close to our hotel and right in the center of Florence. Perfect!
