We wrote a good review on Google. Generally, we were happy with our experience there. But then, after we paid the bill, we were given the itemized receipt and noticed that we were. not given the Fork discount. (It should have been 50 percent, but no discount at all was given.) I showed the itemized receipt to the waiter, and he said that we were given the discount, when in fact we were not. We paid full price, and I have the receipt to prove it. The fact that the waiter lied to us is most upsetting. We have been to the restaurant before, as we live in Florence, but we will not go back again.

The food was good, but the service left much to be desired. The waitstaff seemed inattentive and disengaged, which negatively affected the overall experience. At full price, it doesn’t feel worth the money. However, it’s a decent option if you have a discount through The Fork.
