10/10Our dinner at Osteria del Giglio was one of the highlights of our Florence trip. From the moment we walked in, Nina made us feel incredibly welcome and cared. She made the experience even more special with thoughtful care and great recommendations. The dishes were exceptional—each plate was beautifully prepared and full of rich Tuscan flavor. A perfect mix of delicious food and warm hospitality. Highly recommended!

10/10Our family of 5 had the greatest experience at this restaurant. Everyone who works there has amazing customer service- special shout out to Lorenzo and Wis who were fantastic servers! The food was exceptional and the ambience is vibrant and welcoming. Highly recommend this restaurant!

10/10We were in Florence for a week and made a reservation on the last day to try their Florentine steak. It did not disappoint!! The food, and the service by Mina were impeccable! We plan to visit again and will definitely be going back!

7.5/10The service should be improved, at the end we had to wait very long time for our bill. The food was good, some positions were great and some were average, but the service kind of worsened the whole impression at the end.

10/10Some of the very best food we’ve had in Florence. The pork tenderloin & pasta with spinach, ricotta & truffle were both amazing. Romantic ambience & waiters were very attentive but not too intrusive. We would definitely revisit!

9/10The locale is fantastically convenient for anybody being a tourist. It is a charmingly elegant restaurant (not pretentious), with local and interesting menu options. I did find the fresh clam spag a bit salty (and I like salty). Best part though was the peerless attention from the charming waitress (I believe her name was Nina (either way, only girl in the spot)). In short, we chose seafood, the tables around us Florentine Steak, and when I return (which I will), I want some of that aromatic steak! 🥩

8.5/10Lovely dinner at Osteria del Giglio. Best to make a reservation as they were busy and each table had several sittings. The seafood pasta was delicious and tasty - only gripe was that there was not enough pasta for the seafood it had. The other dish we had was truffle pasta. It was only ok with small shavings of truffle. Needed to add salt for a bit of taste. The Osteria salad was delicious. Lovely atmosphere and staff were friendly. Great that I booked through Fork and received 20% off the food from the a la carte menu.

10/10They have good steaks and pasta, but the Bistecca alla Florentina was above and beyond our expectations. The service is excellent. Overall, this was the best restaurant we went to in Florence and would definitely come back!

We had an excellent dinner, the famous ‘Bistecca Fiorentina’ in the center of Florence. We were received very friendly by both waiters and Dani looked after us in a personal manner. Music and atmosphere suited our romantic mood. Next time we’re in Florence we’ll certainly return.

10/10We had a wonderful experience here! The best melt-in-your mouth Bistecca Chianina and will definitely come back to Giglio when we return to Florence. Our waiter Alfred was the best! Thank you for the warm welcome, and complimentary limoncello:) This is a must visit place for the best Bistecca in Florence.

10/10We went to this restaurant for Christmas Day, and it was great! My daughter had the Pici with wild boar ragu and LOVED it. My son and I split the Florentine steak 🤤 - amazing. Very good wine. Good& attentive service. Highly recommend.
