7.5/10Risotto with crevette tartare was delicious, pasta with boar a bit rude, though not bad. Service was somewhat slow, though there were not too many people in the restaurant. Instead of 30% discount we got just 20%, but they forgot to include one beverage into the bill.

7/10Food was excellent but it took a long time to get our food and it was not all served together. Three of us received our meals at the same time, but my husband was served several minutes after the rest of us, and our side dishes were brought out when we were halfway finished with our meal. The music was very loud, making it difficult to hear conversations at our table.

10/10Very kind servers welcomed us. We got a beef fillet with truffle sauce and a pasta with boar ragu. Both dishes were excellent! I’d come here again for the beef fillet if I’m in Florence again.

10/10This was our first visit to Osteria del Giglio, thanks to The Fork! Everything and everyone - top notch! We highly recommend. The osso bucco was out of this world, as was the pork shank. We didn't have it, but the bistecca alla fiorentina looked and smelled terrific. Prices are reasonable, wine was excellent. We'll be back!

10/10Outstanding food. We came here with a few friends and family after our wedding a week before. Hands down the best dining experience in Florence so far and we have been here several times. Francesco , our waiter, was amazing. We’ will be back!

10/10The food was delicious, we had chicken liver pate and pumpkin flan to start and the flan was amazing. Then for mains we had carbonara and truffle taglioni both so good! I would have loved dessert but we were full so we ordered espresso martinis and they were better than any we have had at home. Big shoutout to Alfredo our waiter who was fantastic looking after us. We will be returning.

5.5/10Service was slow, they forgot our water, and didn’t care when we complained that there were dangerous small sharp bits of mussel floating in the broth. Aside from that, the food was decent, certainly not worth the wait but you can still expect the usual minimum quality present in Italy that is higher than elsewhere. Nice ambience/interior.

10/10Very enjoyable experience with delicious food and great attentive service. Waiters were super attentive and friendly. They made an error on not applying the Fork discount and immediately refunded the difference and the manager apologized for their error. I would absolutely return to the great place!

9.5/10The place is a bit out of the main touristic trails, it was cool and quiet. The service is attentive and kind, prices are fair. The most important the food was great! We had both pasta and meat and they were amazing! In the menu there are a lot of meat options and some beefsteaks are exposed at the place ready to be cooked for you. Let’s say, these guys know how to work with meat! We just regret we couldn’t stay there a bit longer to appreciate also the desserts 🧁 but one day we hope to come back!

9/10The pasta with wild boar was excellent, ossabucco, also excellent. Steak was rare, asked for medium rare, center was cold and not.coomed at all. This was after waiting over 40 minutes from 1st to 2nd course. If not for this, food would have been 5. Cheesecake also excellent
