4/10I have never left a bad review anywhere in my life. I’m really not that person, but was such a horrible experience. The waitress was extremely rude. She would check on all of the other tables and storm past us and roll her eyes when we genuinely weren’t doing anything wrong. I’d be the first to blame myself or my family but nobody did anything wrong and she wasn’t treating other tables badly. I ordered lamb and the two family members I was with ordered steaks. My lamb was extremely chewey and all fat. One steak came out less than rare. The other steak came out well done. She was so mad when asked if the steak could be cooked longer (we didn’t even send back the well done steak or lamb). After our meal she came over with three limoncello shots in hand and placed two of them in front of my family, made eye contact with me, and then walked away and dropped that shot off at another table. She never came back and someone else dealt with our bill. Horrible!

10/10Beautiful atmosphere in the restaurant. The Fiorentina steak we had was delicious. The cook did a great job and Alteo, the waiter, did an amazing service. I highly suggest this restaurant

9.5/10I found the restaurant through TikTok, and the food was 10/10, soo delicious!! The restaurant had an authentic Italian atmosphere, and the staff was professional and sweet. So overall a big recommendation when visiting Florence. Tip: It’s a good idea to book a table beforehand + theFork offers a 20% discount on “a la cart menu” when booking through them :) which is nice😌

Service was excellent and food was great. They gave me a little glass of Prosecco while I waited for my table. It is, however, a shame that parties of 1 are not offered the same discounts that parties of any other size are offered.

Stopped couple of days at Firenze during our trip to Italy. Chosen this place for our first meal in the city. Lovely place, on our way from the train station to our hotel, pretty well welcomed and answered by the waiter about the dishes. Tagatielle ai funghi were delicious !

Food was overall ok nothing bad and nothing that great. A couple of things were added on bill in error that had to be removed and a couple of items were brought to table incorrectly and/or server had no idea who gets what. Initial waitress did not return. So had to get a couple of things taken care of off bill and of course did not notice that of course the restaurant did not take off the 30% FORK deal. My fault supposed to check and make sure but wanted out.

10/10Our dinner at Osteria del Giglio was one of the highlights of our Florence trip. From the moment we walked in, Nina made us feel incredibly welcome and cared. She made the experience even more special with thoughtful care and great recommendations. The dishes were exceptional—each plate was beautifully prepared and full of rich Tuscan flavor. A perfect mix of delicious food and warm hospitality. Highly recommended!

10/10Our family of 5 had the greatest experience at this restaurant. Everyone who works there has amazing customer service- special shout out to Lorenzo and Wis who were fantastic servers! The food was exceptional and the ambience is vibrant and welcoming. Highly recommend this restaurant!

10/10We were in Florence for a week and made a reservation on the last day to try their Florentine steak. It did not disappoint!! The food, and the service by Mina were impeccable! We plan to visit again and will definitely be going back!
