Our dinner at Osteria del Giglio was one of the highlights of our Florence trip. From the moment we walked in, Nina made us feel incredibly welcome and cared. She made the experience even more special with thoughtful care and great recommendations. The dishes were exceptional—each plate was beautifully prepared and full of rich Tuscan flavor. A perfect mix of delicious food and warm hospitality. Highly recommended!

Our family of 5 had the greatest experience at this restaurant. Everyone who works there has amazing customer service- special shout out to Lorenzo and Wis who were fantastic servers! The food was exceptional and the ambience is vibrant and welcoming. Highly recommend this restaurant!

We were in Florence for a week and made a reservation on the last day to try their Florentine steak. It did not disappoint!! The food, and the service by Mina were impeccable! We plan to visit again and will definitely be going back!

The service should be improved, at the end we had to wait very long time for our bill. The food was good, some positions were great and some were average, but the service kind of worsened the whole impression at the end.
