7/10Service was excellent. Wine selection was excellent. Food was unfortunately too salty (aubergine and sauce for pigeon) and the flavors did not impress. Was definitely disappointed.

5.5/10The dishes on the tasting menu were all quite/too rich. Heavy and several with brown thick sauce. Same in colour and taste. Even the dessert was brown. Not the elegant menu one might expect from a one star Michelin restaurant. The “tasting” wine menu was a joke. Smallest three glasses I have ever paid €100+ for in my life. No problem to drive home. Disappointing experience 🤥

10/10It’s a very special experience to eat here. Athmosphere is the biggest factor on that. Service quality is also a top level. Food quality is also very very high, imho even on the level of 2 Michelin stars. They also have got a great somellier and a very nice wine menu as it is expected from Antinori family. Definitely a recommend-worthy.

10/10I am pretty sure this is the best meal I have ever had in my life! My husband and I decided to eat here because we wanted to experience a Michelin Star restaurant and we were staying in Passignano. We are so happy we chose to eat here! Every dish was fantastic and I will continue to think about the gnocchi until we can go back one day.

10/10Incredible culinary experience. We went for the tasting menu and the wine pairing with the classic antimoni (including Tignanello and Solaia. The dishes were creative and wines excellent. Worth the visit! If you want to couple the e peon e with a visit to the Badia, remember that the site is closed on Tuesdays.

10/10Impeccable service. The food was phenomenal - it literally melted in your mouth. We learned a new way to describe gnocchi: “clouds”. You will understand it once you eat it. Worth the short trip from Florence. We will come back every time we are in the region!

9.5/10Great Restaurant with very nice ambiance, big winelist with a lot of Antinori Wines- however not very attractively priced given the fact that the restaurant belongs to Antinori group. Very fine and aromatic food - all in allceey recommendable place
